“We just got a new kitten lastnight.. And with little time available, due to a heavy schedule, I ran over to Hollywood Feed. The gentlemen working there, immediately introduced himself and asked what I needed. He also addressed all my questions/needs quickly. I found what I needed and was out in 20 minutes s.”
“Mostly use their do it yourself dog wash. It is a nicely setup facility with tons of warm water, shampoo and conditioner, towels, good sized wash stations and high volume air dry hoses. Much easier than home. Pricing is very reasonable at $8 per wash if you buy 5 washes.”

“I brought my two Havenese to be groomed for the 1st time at Petsmart. I was nervous as I'm not the best at keeping up on brushing them. My dogs are 15 and 6 yrs old. They looked awesome when I picked them up. Our groomer, Ashley was great, she did wonderful job. We will be back, just a wonderful experience all the way around

“We're back at it! After loosing our final car about a year back we didn't know if we wanted to adopted anymore because of the heartbreak. But here we are, once again giving a home to 2 rescue cats. We hauled butt to PetSmart to pick up essentials. What we love most is the large variety of pet foods to choose from based on the specific needs of OUR cats, and the always sweet, kind of quirky staff! Never fails to make us feel warm and fuzzy when we go in. You're about to see a lot of us Yorkville PetSmart, and we're not mad about it.”
“The owner is great, he will get u whatever Equiptment you need and the prices are great. Also have to say they have one of the best inventories I have seen for Equiptment and supplies for a lfs, if ur even in a pinch, give them a call.”

“Their groomers are the best we've found in the area. Price is about the same as other places but they're much faster and quality is great. We had issues where another local groomer injured our dog twice (cuts) but have had no issues here and have been going here for years now!”

“Terri has been the best with all my (4) dogs for years & my son & daughter-in-law's (5) dogs. Not only does she pamper the dogs, but if there is a medical issue with a pup, she loves them and cares for them GENTLY, possibly separates them form the others so they are not played with as much. Her idea of "no-cage" is the BEST. Dogs love socializing with the other dogs. Please don't ever stop what you are doing.”

“I have been shopping here for my rabbit, and over time the options for the smaller animals have becoming more popular thankfully. I love that they have a lot of OXBOW food and toy safe options. it is one of the safer brands that the vet recommends. Sometimes their card board options for cats are funny and safe toys for rabbits as well.”

“My kids love our weekly trip to check out the animals and critters, getting extra excited when there are new furry faces to look at. Reminds me of when I was a kid and our family would visit Noah's Ark in the Fox Valley Mall.The staff is friendly and lenient with our chaos, the other customers are happy to let us pet their dogs, and overall the store is well kept.We haven't bought a darn thing, but it's a fun place to hang out between wrestling and baseball practices. See you in the aisles.”

“The employees of Kendall County Animal Control go above and beyond for the animals in their care. I truly do not know what the county (and the animals in it) would do without these selfless people! They take on such an emotionally draining job, seeing the worst cases of abuse and neglect and still show up to continue what needs to be done. They have completely reformed their adoption program, being awarded no kill status in 2023. Their Facebook showcases all adoptable animals as well as outreach for animals brought in by good samaritans or found as strays. In case no one says it daily: thank you thank you thank you!”

“Brought home my sweet havenese Mimi sept 22 and shes been the cutest most well behaved baby. The guy who helped us was very polite and explained everything very well. We went to other Petland locations before this one and they were filthy this one was very clean. She was a little sick a week after we took her home… the vet that they worked with (Milbrook) in Geneva was no help whatsoever so I recommended if you bring a puppy home from here to skip out on Milbrook.”
