“Excellent experience everytime I visit Pet Supplies Plus North Aurora. I have enjoyed going there since they open. I ues the baths a lot for my bullys, The wash areas are always clean. I buy my bullys food & treats from Pet supply as well. ALL the employees and managers are always there to help and my bullys love visiting and always trying to catch a treat.”
“We just got a new kitten lastnight.. And with little time available, due to a heavy schedule, I ran over to Hollywood Feed. The gentlemen working there, immediately introduced himself and asked what I needed. He also addressed all my questions/needs quickly. I found what I needed and was out in 20 minutes s.”
“Nice store with a good selection of a healthy food even for cats. It's really hard to find smth for cats. Usually there's a whole variety for diff, but just a couple of good brands for cats. Here I can find smth nice all the time

“This was our second visit but our first grooming and I have to say it was great! I couldn’t have asked for better service as well as a happy beautiful dog when we were all done! We will be going there from now on. I highly recommend this place as the staff was very helpful and you can tell they love animals!”
“I've been in this store a couple of times. I never had any issues; there were lots of things to pick from, the employees were friendly, and it was very clean. I will say my most recent experience was outstanding! I needed a certain spray for my rat's cage. While our vet's office made it seem very easy to find, it was not that easy. I ran into Pet Supplies with high hopes but wasn't finding it. Then an angel of an employee asked if I needed help. Yes! ? This employee was researching products and was only finding large bottles of products (I didn't need much) but they never gave up. There seemed to be one small bottle in the back, and the employee located it for me! I appreciate this so much. Top notch customer service!”

“From the moment you walk in and are greeted, Geneva Petco has a great selection of food, litter, toys and treats for all of your pets. My cat loves a certain litter that I know I can find at Petco. I also know I can pick up treats for my older dog who has a hard time with hard treats. The staff is welcoming and polite. It is a true pleasure to shop there.”
“I had to do my first pick up order at this location because I was in a hurry and oh boy they were so friendly! I really appreciate the thoughtfulness. When doing pick up orders it can be nerve wrecking when there are substitutions so I made sure to make a note to please give me something like a cake if needed. They really took the time to read my notes and make sure everything was correct. Love the great customer service!”
“Rachael in the grooming department is top notch. She does so good with our lab Zeus. He loves going to see her and she greets us with smiles and calls him by his name.You rock Rachael!!!”

“Terri has been the best with all my (4) dogs for years & my son & daughter-in-law's (5) dogs. Not only does she pamper the dogs, but if there is a medical issue with a pup, she loves them and cares for them GENTLY, possibly separates them form the others so they are not played with as much. Her idea of "no-cage" is the BEST. Dogs love socializing with the other dogs. Please don't ever stop what you are doing.”

“We adopted our greyhound from Midwest Greyhound Adoption in August 2024. They are a wonderful organization and care so much about the greyhounds, even once they have found their forever homes. “Typically I have good experiences here. Everything is clean and organized. They always have what I need. The grooming salon is great and their groomers are very knowledgeable. I did however have a bad experience with Michael today at check out. I asked him a simple question about a product recommended to me by the grooming salon. He not only seemed annoyed but abruptly responded with a very dismissive and almost snarky answer. Hopefully it was just an off day for him but it’s upsetting and off putting that I spent $30 on a product and wasn’t provided a real answer on how to use it. Perhaps there’s better customer service at smaller businesses like brothers country supply down the street.”
“First time taking my dog to the groomers. He’s a very anxious and shy dog it came out so well and they were well with him! (I was watching through the glass lol) would recommend!”
“The employees of Kendall County Animal Control go above and beyond for the animals in their care. I truly do not know what the county (and the animals in it) would do without these selfless people! They take on such an emotionally draining job, seeing the worst cases of abuse and neglect and still show up to continue what needs to be done. They have completely reformed their adoption program, being awarded no kill status in 2023. Their Facebook showcases all adoptable animals as well as outreach for animals brought in by good samaritans or found as strays. In case no one says it daily: thank you thank you thank you!”

“Brought home my sweet havenese Mimi sept 22 and shes been the cutest most well behaved baby. The guy who helped us was very polite and explained everything very well. We went to other Petland locations before this one and they were filthy this one was very clean. She was a little sick a week after we took her home… the vet that they worked with (Milbrook) in Geneva was no help whatsoever so I recommended if you bring a puppy home from here to skip out on Milbrook.”
