“Excellent experience everytime I visit Pet Supplies Plus North Aurora. I have enjoyed going there since they open. I ues the baths a lot for my bullys, The wash areas are always clean. I buy my bullys food & treats from Pet supply as well. ALL the employees and managers are always there to help and my bullys love visiting and always trying to catch a treat.”
“First off, the food is great. Obviously since you're here, and I do think it helped my beagle mutt mix live to a ripe old age of 17.
Secondly, the staff has been fantastic in dealing with my changing standing delivery orders. Very accommodating. Always pleasant, overall a wonderful experience.”
“Nice store with a good selection of a healthy food even for cats. It's really hard to find smth for cats. Usually there's a whole variety for diff, but just a couple of good brands for cats. Here I can find smth nice all the time

“Jenny greet me at Pet Supplied Plus in Plainfield, IL and I’m so glad she was working today. She found the item I was looking for and I mentioned my dog’s itchiness. She recommended a product (Zesty Paws Allergy and Immune bites). I bought that also. My dog is finicky, but giggled it down. I’m hoping this helps her! Jenny’s customer service makes me want to make this store my go to place for my dog’s needs!”
“Luna did a fantastic job on my dog Bunker today. Shes taken great care of him in the past so I requested her today and Bunker looks the best I've ever seen him. Will be only requesting her from now on”
“Very awesome place. Employees are extremely helpful and nice. I couldn't find any frozen pup cups anywhere, and I got recommended this place. They told me that I can call them and have them order anymore pup cups I want, and they will stock them for me. Treated my dog very respectfully and friendly. Will definitely come back here.”
“My experience was with Mary, Haly, and Sy'Rai. I thought they were very accommodating and professional. They had to deal with the public and a bunch of puppies.
I think the prices are a little steep, I know it's a business at the end of the day, but the numbers are off. So it's not clear.
But from what I experienced, the staff is excellent. I really hope all the pups find good homes.
Update: came in for a nail trimming today 7/9/26. Mary absolutely amazing. Everyone else was great as well. So much action. I really hope cody and the others that have been there a few weeks get adopted soon.”

“I had to do my first pick up order at this location because I was in a hurry and oh boy they were so friendly! I really appreciate the thoughtfulness. When doing pick up orders it can be nerve wrecking when there are substitutions so I made sure to make a note to please give me something like a cake if needed. They really took the time to read my notes and make sure everything was correct. Love the great customer service!”

“Terri has been the best with all my (4) dogs for years & my son & daughter-in-law's (5) dogs. Not only does she pamper the dogs, but if there is a medical issue with a pup, she loves them and cares for them GENTLY, possibly separates them form the others so they are not played with as much. Her idea of "no-cage" is the BEST. Dogs love socializing with the other dogs. Please don't ever stop what you are doing.”

“We adopted our greyhound from Midwest Greyhound Adoption in August 2024. They are a wonderful organization and care so much about the greyhounds, even once they have found their forever homes. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering adopting a greyhound or looking to learn more about the breed!”
“First time coming here Just moved from far Northside chicago to aurora. Needed a self service dog wash came across this spot best decision ive made. Gwen was very helpful with setting up the bathing room bringing us towels & shampoo she even asked which kind do we prefer something only scented or for sensitive skin! We picked up a scent spray & a deshedding brush & on the way to check out my dog grabbed a big ol treat! Best to say he was a happy clean dog on the way out! Reasonably priced items we'll definitely be back again!”

“The employees of Kendall County Animal Control go above and beyond for the animals in their care. I truly do not know what the county (and the animals in it) would do without these selfless people! They take on such an emotionally draining job, seeing the worst cases of abuse and neglect and still show up to continue what needs to be done. They have completely reformed their adoption program, being awarded no kill status in 2023. Their Facebook showcases all adoptable animals as well as outreach for animals brought in by good samaritans or found as strays. In case no one says it daily: thank you thank you thank you!”
“Typically I have good experiences here. Everything is clean and organized. They always have what I need. The grooming salon is great and their groomers are very knowledgeable. I did however have a bad experience with Michael today at check out. I asked him a simple question about a product recommended to me by the grooming salon. He not only seemed annoyed but abruptly responded with a very dismissive and almost snarky answer. Hopefully it was just an off day for him but it’s upsetting and off putting that I spent $30 on a product and wasn’t provided a real answer on how to use it. Perhaps there’s better customer service at smaller businesses like brothers country supply down the street.”
“My dog loves the pet hotel and day camp, eveytime we are out of town or just have an event we let him stay here. It's not a bad price he comes home happy and tired, but is always excited to go back, he tries to pull me into the back he gets so hyped!”

“I love this Naperville Petsmart. They offered a lot more items on clearance than the others I’ve visited and the prices are pretty good. I took advantage of the flyers on the rack for the groomer and that appointment is coming up. They have Banfield veterinary hospital set up really nice in store. They also have a grooming salon where I found the staff here to be a lot friendlier than the Joliet location. This location is definitely my favorite Petsmart location.”
“I went in to get my dogs nails trimmed and was met with a smile and warm greeting from an employee, Dean. The trimming was quick and they really showed my scared dog good care. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had when it comes to some of these pet places!”

“I’ve been coming to Pet Supplies Plus for 3 years now and I love the coupons and deals they offer. But today made me write a review because the cashier Krissy saw that I was pregnant (6months) and shopping with my 3 year old. When checking out she wouldn’t let me pick up the big dog food I was purchasing and without asking walked out with me to load my purchases in my car and was so friendly to my son and I. Probably the most friendliest employee I encounter with at this store.”
