“Very easy rental. I was able to use a “self service” type approach which allowed me a no pressure experience while deciding on the right space for the right price. Thank you all for making this rental so easy. Melissa answered my call promptly. I let her know right off the bat that I was in a pickle and needed unexpected space immediately for a short time. Melissa answered all my questions while also making the whole experience soooo very easy. My phone kept hanging up because of my service and she was very patient about this issue, never showing any frustration. I need space from time to time but never usually keep it more than a couple months, however I think I’ll be keeping this unit for a while because of the price, location and the great customer service experience. Thanks Melissa!”
“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”

“I rented a spot from them for a year and they were very polite, respectful, and understanding when late. Facility is ALWAYS kept clean and secure. One day a car crashed into the gate and they had it repaired the very next day. Great place and I will definitely use them again should I ever need storage space.”
