“We live in Dallas, Texas area and have kept our account with Staley Credit Union when we relocated here 10+ years ago after living in Decatur. Recently I had a major issue with a Virus on my Computer which resulted in Staley CU having to shut down my account.. Within one day all of their fraud issues were resolved and a new account was established. The entire team ( including Katlyn, Sherry and Kim) did an excellent job in helping us get the issue resolved, new account set up and our on line banking issues resolved. Customer Service and concern for us was outstanding. Would seriously recommend Staley's for your Financial needs. My family have enjoyed the many banking services offered at LLCU such as the kids accounts (Paying for A’s, summer book club, etc), loan rate incentives, mobile/online banking, drawings for prizes, EVERYTHING!
