I was helped by Elaine, Stephanie and Desiree, all of them handling different tasks and working together at the same time. All my issues got resolved, very good teamwork! It was very refreshing to walk right in and get everything situated. Elaine, Stephanie and Desiree, made everything easy. Even though this branch is farther away, from me, I got treated better here and the service was above and beyond, at this branch. Prime example of what a banking branch should be. Thank you!”

Despite the branch moving from my location before 2019, which made my commute 25 minutes one way, I chose to keep my accounts open. In particular, the branch manager, Kris An, has been remarkable. He is understanding, friendly, and committed to providing excellent customer service. On occasions when I had to wait longer for document preparation, Kris would invite me to lunch. In some instances, he was ready to travel to my location to accommodate my schedule. Also, he has even offered gifts to strengthen the bank's relationship with its customers. This level of flexibility and personal attention is rare in banking.

“My 84 year old dad was having trouble with his new debit card. Dina Joshi spent about an hour working with us to correct the problem. She even walked out to the ATM with me to watch me try to use dad's card so she could see the error message for herself. The employees at First Secure bank just bent over backward to help my dad. I am so glad he is banking there!”
“At first, I accidentally tried to enter through the back door, which understandably was locked. It was a hot day, and I appreciated the friendly teller at the drive-through window who guided me over to the drive-thru speaker and then the front door. Thank goodness there were no cars waiting in the drive-thru lane at that time. Resisted the temptation to ask for a Big Mac and fries. When we finally broke into the bank (aka found the front door and walked in), we were pleasantly surprised to find a clean, welcoming, no-frills atmosphere. We had made an appointment in advance, and it's always nice when people are on time! Jenell was fast and friendly, and we appreciated how she presented information about different accounts both clearly and concisely. Will definitely keep Fifth Third Bank in mind for future banking needs.”

I have started doing business with this branch just because Mrs Raluca is here. She has been managing my wife’s and my personal and business accounts for more than one and a half years now, and she goes above and beyond to meet our expectations from a Citi bank branch. Like the other staff, she welcomes people with a beaming smile, never misses a welcome greeting, asks how they are doing, completes their business, asks what else they need, and sees them off with the same huge smile.
