“I went to this branch, needing to get some things on an account, back in order, as the branch closer to me, wasn't able to assist. I was helped by Elaine, Stephanie and Desiree, all of them handling different tasks and working together at the same time. All my issues got resolved, very good teamwork! It was very refreshing to walk right in and get everything situated. Elaine, Stephanie and Desiree, made everything easy. Even though this branch is farther away, from me, I got treated better here and the service was above and beyond, at this branch. Prime example of what a banking branch should be. Thank you!”

“At first, I accidentally tried to enter through the back door, which understandably was locked. It was a hot day, and I appreciated the friendly teller at the drive-through window who guided me over to the drive-thru speaker and then the front door. Thank goodness there were no cars waiting in the drive-thru lane at that time. Resisted the temptation to ask for a Big Mac and fries. When we finally broke into the bank (aka found the front door and walked in), we were pleasantly surprised to find a clean, welcoming, no-frills atmosphere. We had made an appointment in advance, and it's always nice when people are on time! Jenell was fast and friendly, and we appreciated how she presented information about different accounts both clearly and concisely. Will definitely keep Fifth Third Bank in mind for future banking needs.”
“My 84 year old dad was having trouble with his new debit card. Dina Joshi spent about an hour working with us to correct the problem. She even walked out to the ATM with me to watch me try to use dad's card so she could see the error message for herself. The employees at First Secure bank just bent over backward to help my dad. Despite the branch moving from my location before 2019, which made my commute 25 minutes one way, I chose to keep my accounts open. The staff at this branch consistently go above and beyond to ensure I receive the best solutions for my financial needs.
In particular, the branch manager, Kris An, has been remarkable. He is understanding, friendly, and committed to providing excellent customer service. On occasions when I had to wait longer for document preparation, Kris would invite me to lunch. In some instances, he was ready to travel to my location to accommodate my schedule. Also, he has even offered gifts to strengthen the bank's relationship with its customers. This level of flexibility and personal attention is rare in banking.

“Came into this branch after a rough time from another PNC branch, Staff from the very start showed compassion and support, Both The wonderful lady sitting at the front desk ( Who probably was a Branch Manager ) if she wasn't she should look into becoming one. Offered help by assisting the banker with what ever support would be needed as she handled my situation and her appointment as well . The lady at the front desk also went far and beyond and supported me by making sure to have everything that was a issue with my account handled the next business day, which she did . “I had rather great experience at PNC bank at that location. I mainly use branches in Aurora IL but we recently moved to different location and Ogden was the first on the Google Maps so I gave it a try on one Monday morning on 7/31/2023. I made an electronic appointment prior visit for as early as 9am at their opening hours. And not that I have OCD but they literally opened the doors at 9am exactly. I was greeted at the door by a well mannered gentleman, checked my name and confirmed appointment time. He was supposed to provide assistance after inquiring on reason for visit but he called in a guy name Christian to assist me.The young man was very nice and attentive, they were all well mannered at the branch & made eye contact. Made me feel comfortable with their knowledge addressing my issue. I made appointment because I had issues with Zelle, feeling I’ve been a victim of fraud. Rep Christian looked over the evidence I provided and confirmed indeed it was a fraudulent activity so he explained the does & don’ts on the matter and immediately delved in the issue, walking me step by step through the whole process.Not only that I was relieved to hear that their fraud department team has already been monitoring activity as such and emphasized their attention on my case on. I have yet to hear results about the resolution, and I really hope it’s in my favor because it should take about 24 business/hrs to process but all in all I was very happy with the services provided at this location working with rep Christian.Great job guys. Will definitely come back!”
