“This was my first ever bridal appt and I was really nervous. I’m so glad I chose this one to be my first! I was praying that I would find my wedding dress here and sure enough I did. Chenise was absolutely amazing!! She is a kind hearted soul and most importantly she was patient with me! The fact she grabbed all the dresses I wanted to try on and even bringing other dress suggestions including veils, if that’s not a person who loves their job I don’t know what is. She made me feel comfortable and she gave me the honesty I needed to hear in to chose “the one.” Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! I’m so glad I was paired with her. Thank you so much! If you want someone who is fun to be around, she’s your girl!”

“I came in with my son to get a new pair of runners for cross country. Gabriel came out greeted us as we walked in. Got to know our needs and set him up with a great selection to choose from, answered all the questions and was patient with our requests. Now, my son has 2 very different size feet because of a disability, he didn't judge his disability or his 2 different size feet?, and made sure he was comfortable in the shoes. We couldn't have asked for better service. And the VIP perks make it worth every purchase. Thanks for making our customer experience great!!”

“Went to NB to look for new sneakers. Since I have been a prior wearer of NB, I thought I would try again. Had a very good sales person who went out of his way to assist. When making my decision on a pair, I asked about returning and was told 45 days. I decided to make a purchase and was given instructions regarding breaking them in.After a few days I decided to return the sneakers because of the lack of padding on the soles. Return was a very easy process.”

When i got there, the associate who had took my call had them waiting at the desk in both sizes and colors, and i had not even asked him to do that. “I had looked online and gotten ideas then went to the store to try on different items. The sales staff was very helpful answering my questions and pointed out where the items I had seen online were located. They left me to browse, and came back in a few minutes to answer more questions. Once i selected an item, they help place it on a take home hanger and put it in a covering bag. The service was what I have come to expect at DXL, always polite and helpful.”

“The downtown Naperville area is an absolute nightmare to navigate a vehicle around however I needed shoes desperately and it was the closest place. The store was great staffed with enough employees to handle each person. The gentleman who handled me saw me pick up a shoe and immediately asked me the size I was looking for and took me all the way through and rang me out at the end quick and easy awesome staff”

“John, Julian, and Jake (three guys working in two separate stores) worked their butts off to get me into the right pair of shoes. It took a couple of tries, but John gave my foot pain more attention than any other salesperson ever has. He helped brainstorm creative solutions, switching out insert-shoe combinations and letting me try each new set-up for a couple of days. I eventually landed on a pair "no drop" Altra's that have given my toes the space they needed. The foot pain is going down and I feel a lot of relief. I can't recommend them enough.”
