As brand new customers to your company, I am thrilled to say my first in person encounter was with Kyle C. and let me tell you, if I could give this young man 10+ stars, I would!! What a joy it was to work with him. He was smart, kind, professional, patient, and a wonderful personality for this position! He made me even more glad we left AT&T! We now have 2 phone lines and home internet, all set up thanks again, to Kyle! This young man deserves a raise in my opinion and should be training others in customer service too! “Visited Verizon today to buy a new phone. Couldn't be more happy with how the whole purchase went. I can't say enough positive things about this place and especially the employee who helped us through the entire process Hayden. This young man was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and kind. I'm not real tech savvy but Hayden not only gave us a good deal but transferred the phones seamlessly and seemed like a genuinely good person who was pleasant to be around. A special thank you as well to his manager Ant who went out of his way for us waiving a fee for us and was also very knowledgeable and personable and again was a very genuinely good person who was very nice as well. “Great place to shop for the most part. One thing I'd like to comment on for improvement is the water section. I used to go there and that section was chock full of choices. That all changed about a year ago. Now, you'd be lucky to find a bottle of water and I find that to be a girbage experience. Please watch your stocking levels or the neighborhood is likely to go thirsty .”
“I came into the store extremely frustrated because I was having major issues. I was very lucky to have Efrin assist me. Efrin is a very pleasant young man who helped me when no one else could. He went above and beyond to help solve my issue. He took the time and effort to figure things out. I was so happy that I wanted to give him a huge hug.
