2011 Calistoga Dr, New LenoxMy fur baby only gets food and treats from here. Why? Our previous fur baby had Cushings and thanks to meds, and good advice from staff here, she lived a long, full life. They even made me a memorial picture of her. Current fur baby is entitled to the same treatment. She is a picky eater, and they have worked with us to find food she will eat most of the time.

Not only did they have the correct item I was looking for they put the item at the register with my name on! This is why I 'm giving it five stars! Job well done!

201 Church St, New LenoxJulie and her team are amazing, they do a wonderful job with our giant breeds. Petco wasn’t able to get one our rescue in the bath because she was so scared but Julie and her team got her in there and took care of her (I think it was multiple people that have to get her in the tub because she’s 180 pounds!) I don’t know what the shampoo has in it but I think it’s made of gold because the dogs smell SO GOOD and for so long too, I’m talking at least a month these dogs smell like heaven!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The only “downside” is that they book far out and book quickly but that’s a very good thing because you KNOW they have fans and people are willing to wait to get their dogs in here. We already booked for 6 months and 12 months so that we don’t forget until the last minute!

My dog had major surgery, which was stressful for everyone, but the team at New Lenox checked up on us during and post-surgery to make sure all was well.
My dog actually loves going to the vet now! Every time I grab his travel leash he runs to the door because he wants to go see his friends at the clinic!
I wish I had gone here sooner; the small office means it’s not overly chaotic, and there are no long wait times like elsewhere locally.
Definitely take your pets here. You won’t regret it!

801 E Francis Rd, New LenoxWe are currently attending an obedience class for puppies here. Both my husband & I are thrilled with both instructors! They are superb teachers, kind, patient, & extremely helpful! You can tell that they respect & love dogs. We drive over an hour to get there during rush hour. To us it's worth it. Plus it's reasonably prized. We plan on continuing attending for the next set of classes. We are grateful for the instructors sharing their knowledge & information. We highly recommend this place!

We now have our new dog enrolled and she's in her second session. They are very helpful and can see progress quickly. We couldn't eat everything so we took it home. You get good portions. A friendly place to go. Also great service.

348 W Maple St, New LenoxMy hubby and I finally made it into White Horse Inn for lunch after years of driving by saying, “We really need to try that place!” Well, we finally did, and it was such a great experience! Our waitress, Julie M., was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had a small issue with a steak being cooked just a touch more than we ordered, but the way it was handled really impressed us. Not only did they take care of it right away with genuine apologies, but they continuously checked in with us while the replacement was being prepared so we never felt like we were waiting and wondering. That kind of service says a lot about how much they truly care about their guests. Between the cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and fantastic service, we left saying, “Why did we wait so long to stop here?!” We’ll definitely be back—sooner rather than later!
