“Paulen Auto is a fantastic body shop in Chicago, the best I've been to. I took my VW GTI in after a small accident involving my front bumper, and Maciek told me he could get "90-95% of the damage out with just a buff + repaint." He did not disappoint, and I'd say it was much closer to 100%. The bumper looks brand-new, and I ended up saving about $1000 over a new one. Color match and replace my side mirror, and buff out the clear coat scratches on the doors all from an unfortunate side swiping. “My car was rear ended and I went to Caliber Collision to fix the damage. The service is excellent, clear communication, they took the car in right the way, and provided regular updates. The car looked brand new after the work was done. I was very impressed with everything that Caliber Collision has done. Interestingly I am writing this review 3 years later than repair date: everything worked perfect after the repair.The insurance of the person the rear ended me paid for full repair total of $8485.85. Caliber Collision dealt with the insurance and gave me a very detailed, itemized copy of the work done and pricing for it. This is an amazing service.”

I was unable to be there during the inspection, but the staff was able to call me and let me know that they found nothing wrong with my vehicle.
