Returning car to O’Hare was a little confusing, otherwise the rental was great!”

I had to cancel my reservation more than the company policy of 24 hrs prior to pick up which they will need to take out my reservation fee Upon calling them and explaining that i had a death in the family and needed all my resources to be able to go to new jersey for the funeral they were kind enough to to return the whole amount, it's seldom now a days to actually talk to real people and reason with them and actually understand what your going through. Thank you very much! Highly recommend company. Good customer service..”
“I highly recommend this company. Communication is A+, they were On Time for the both pickups and my flight was postponed and arrived 5 hours later and they were waiting for me. Very friendly Drivers and made it so easy that I will only use them for my airport transportation moving forward. “I have been renting from this location since January and everything I can say about the experience is amazing. Tyler the manager is amazing he has been the main reason I have remained renting with the location. Currently still renting with the location to be honest I think Tyler should be the best paid employee at enterprise and considered the most valuable. He is professional, kind and makes sure everything runs smoothly. When any issues have happened with the multiple cars I have had since starting to rent cars here he addressed them quickly professionally and with great skill.
Saying I drive a lot is an understatement and Tyler has made sure that I have a safe comfortable rental in such a way that I wouldn’t want to rent anywhere he wasn’t working. The entire staff at this location should get huge raises and his should be double whatever anyone is thinking. 😊”

What's the point of reserving a specific model car at a specific time if Alamo does not honor the reservation specifics?”
“I rented it for one day—picking it up Friday at 3 PM—and returned it on Saturday; since they close at 12 PM, I returned it at 1:30 PM, and now they’re charging me for three days. It’s not fair.”

“Great neighborhood location. When you rent with this place, you avoid the higher taxes One would find at the airport. Yes, this is a large, corporate entity, that has a small outpost here in the neighborhood.
The men and women Enterprise hires to staff this post tend to be very professional, courteous, and helpful. I have rented multiple vehicles from this place. My wife and myself each have small cars, and we rent larger vehicles for Large, family trips, for our family of four.

Excellent service and excellent SUV in great condition (Chevrolet Equinox). The SUV was clean and smooth to drive (I believe it was from 2022). The overall experience was very plesant; the day I returned the SUV the person in charge invited me a cold water bottle because it was hot outside. What else can I say? ? Great service received in the Highland Park Agency! I will definitely come back!”

“The experience was overall good. The car was fairly clean. To my surprise, it was a newer car. I expected an outdated vehicle since it's for community usage but i was pleasantly surprised. I really like the app. I was able to see the amount of fuel that the vehicle contained and detailed location information which helped me with my decision. The only complaint I have is that it is a little bit too pricey for the amount of time you get. I only had the vehicle for about 3 1/2 hrs and it costed me about $68. This included all of the fees and extra insurance coverage. A person could just go to a regular car rental establishment and have the car for the whole day for close to this price. A person could also get 2 days for about $100 with hyre car if you choose the right owner. Overall, I would use this service again to run QUICK errands.”

“Friendly service and the salesman stayed late to accommodate the rental, even though we arrived in town after they closed. They quoted a lower price but it was $65 dollars higher than the quote even though they said the original quote had covered all taxes and fees. All in all very good, very nice service. The prices were fair, but not good.”
