“Rainbo is the best place in Chicagoland for all things skating. Their expertise in skates are second to none. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment if you need any maintenance or need to order skates. They are extremely busy because of the high caliber of service, and you may not be able to "drop in"”
“Murphy's service is like service used to be. They know their stuff. The salesman (I forgot his name) asked a couple of questions and came back with a couple of styles. One was very close to what I like, but not perfect. He went in the back of the shop and came back with a couple more to try on. The first one was the one. They don't have a large selection, which I wasn't looking for. All I wanted was a good fit and a shoe for my type of workout. As for price I went to Zappos and the shoes were the same price and I got great service. Thanks”

“I enjoy stopping by when ever I am in the shopping mall. Friendly service and a wide variety of equipment. New and used. I have been able to slowly put together a home gym with their well priced items and again a large variety of inventory. It changes day to day so worth a peek in. Kids love to get a ball, Frisbee, scooter or anything sports related. They have bike repairs as well - done in shop but just call ahead to make sure it isn't busy. They will take/purchase your gear and possibly may do it as store credit too. Check it out.”

The store owner was really cool and gave me a little discount since a brotha was from out of town. I wish the Chi town drivers were a little more accomodating but hay.lol”

Also the value of the jerseys are in really good condition and it's a really good price I would recommend buying here. One other thing they did was put the name and number of the players I wanted and put it right away while when I went to another store the price was really high and it took three days to put name and number best place to buy jerseys”

“Brought my son to the Home Ice Advantage training class and Troy was fantastic. He's a natural at what he does, super friendly yet focused. The training was engaging, and my son had a blast during the stick and puck session. The facility is spot clean and easy to get to. “If you’re a hockey newbie or event pro, this is the place to go!I signed up to take adult beginner hockey lessons with my partner. Liam helped us for almost two hours helping us get everything you could possible need to play the game while also actively helping us look for the most affordable options so we weren’t breaking the bank. He also helped us understand what the purpose and how to put the gear all on.I’m so glad he was there to be incredibly helpful and now I feel fully prepared to take my first ever hockey class!”

“This is an amazing place to go if you're a sports fan. It has gear from jerseys to hats to shorts and more. I recently got a jersey that I wanted to exchange. The return was so easy, and I got a gift card with store credit. I can go back any time to redeem that credit. Their card selection is amazing too. It has a lot of cards and packs for cheap prices. It has baseball, hockey, football, basketball, and even Pokémon cards. The one bad thing is the sizes. They barely have any kids stuff and it is sort chaotic to find something.”
“Amazing experience at this store on July 4th' 2024! My wife and I were visiting Chicago from CA. She went shopping at this Under Armour store in the mall in the evening of July 3rd. That night she realized she had lost Tiffany's white gold bracelet with diamonds that I had gifted her for our 25th anniversary! She could not sleep that night! Next morning we called the store. Alex (did not ask for his last name) picked up the phone. We explained the situation. He put us on hold - it took longer than expected so we thought they could not find the bracelet and it is gone! To our surprise, when Alex came back on the call, he asked for us to identify the bracelet. Once we did he said, he has the bracelet. It was such a relief to hear that. We were overjoyed. We drove to the mall, met with Alex at the store and he handed us the bracelet. This bracelet has sentimental value for us but is also very expensive. We are so grateful to Alex for what he did. We appreciate his customer service, honesty, integrity and effort to thoroughly look for out prized possession. Thank you so much, Alex.”
“Angela is the absolute best! She has helped me twice now, and is an absolute delight. I had a pair of shoes ive been wanting for like a month, and decided on a whim to stop in as she was really helpful before. She found the shoes i want for work, (theyre so cute) and ordered them to the store for me to pick up, at an even better price than i was going to pay for them online elsewhere. Given that i work in an environment where my shoes get filthy and ruined really quickly, usually every few weeks needing to be swapped out, i now have a steady supply of adorable work shoes! And she was so pleasant to work with, and i was not having the best if days today, so its always great to deal with humans with super positive energy! Ty so much for ordering my reboks!!!”
