“My room was definitely outdated but it was at least clean. I don't imagine the other rooms would look much different. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the robes also weren't comfortable. Mine was a bit small on me but I really can't hold that against them since I'm a bigger dude. This is my first time at a hotel like this so overall it was a big of an odd experience for me but it wasn't bad. I do want to come back eventually”

They refused to change the sheets I absolutely wrecked with brown. They would not pick up the phone after I called 46 times. I was kicked out after turning the pool the same color as my sheets. Rooms: New rooms beautiful. Housekeeping at this hotel has always been excellent.
Food and drinks: Restaurant located on property. Breakfast is usual fare. Lunch and dinner meals are more of a sports bar / entertainment venue type. Happy hour from 4-7 weekdays. Most days have a special theme and type of entertainment. Restaurant is very popular with the locals on the weekends.”

“My family and I was here for one week and our room was clean smells clean and the clerks was very nice to us, we didn't stay the whole two weeks like I thought because our house was ready to come back home and I got my refund back from those unused days. so yes I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay longer, but just follow the rules and clean your room cuz they only come twice a week to clean as it said in the order.”

“I have been here in the back building for a few weeks and my experience has been mostly positive only cause of Jessica at the front desk and the husband and wife in housekeeping assigned to my building! I love when Jessica is working she is so friendly, polite, professional, and helpful! Anything i need anytime Jessica is always there to help me and never complains or has an attitude, she is always smiling and taking care of whatever I need! When Jessica works she is always cleaning and sanitizing and making everything smell good and fresh, which i appreciate cause it shows she cares, she is one who follows and enforces company rules and guidelines and makes sure everything runs smoothly which i appreciate so much cause im a single woman who goes outside to smoke at night and she always makes sure not just me but all guests are safe and protected cause there's some sketchy ppl that come through here and they know better than to start anything on her shift! Jessica really should be a manager and get a huge raise and bonus cause of everything she does around here, this hotel wouldn't survive without her cause she keeps everything smooth and safe! I also like the married cpl that works housekeeping in my building they are so polite, sweet and efficient, and they always know everything i need as soon as they see me and they make sure I get it. There are a cpl things wrong with my room but it is small stuff. My biggest issue is the men that work the front desk, they have a habit of trying to come in my room without knocking, they other day the guy tried to come bursting in my room over a payment issue that his coworker didn't update and he almost broke the latch on my door, they are the reason I keep my door latched and locked cause nobody has the right to just burst in my room if im not causing an issue which i don't cause I stay to myself but as a single woman staying by myself that is extremely scary and unacceptable! I wish Jessica could just be here 24/7 so that I know im always safe and protected, and how smoothly things run when she's here, she seriously needs a raise and promotion cause she's already doing the duties and responsibilities anyway! The only reason I rated as many stars as I did is cause of Jessica and the married housekeepers that clean my building!!!!”

I have stayed here several times without any issues.You may need to ask for more towels. The breakfast is on the lean side. Minor old hotel smell. Tvs are fuzzy. “I was traveling into Chicago for business and I was looking for a good economy hotel room. Found this property but I was a little afraid of getting a room at this hotel since the reviews were bad so I wasn’t sure but the price was a good value for money. So, I went ahead and booked a room. The staff at the check in was very helpful, I was told by the front desk staff that the hotel was under new management. After getting in my room, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room. Even though the room needed some upgrades, sheets, towels and the bathroom was very clean and specially the internet was great.The location was Excellent just off 294 andI-80. I had to be in downtown Chicago and was only 30 minutes away. I will recommend this hotel.”

“It’s really not bad, the only Bad things is their is no pool their is no Gym but your told you can use the ones in Hilton , though that Hilton Inn is rude to their Spark guest neighbors. The Breakfast is just a bagel bar with juice and cereal. The concessions are really good probably the best buyables i’ve seen in a hotel”
