Harlem location and he said yes but truly he was only the call centerI told him exactly what I needed and he gave me an extra large one the manager of 22 years here at the 9800 S. Harlem location fixed my problem and instantly provided us with the correct size.”

“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”
“Well, let me start off by saying that I started to fall behind in my bills for a moment, and extra space storage was one of them (13th & Cicero). I stayed in communication with them while being alerted to all the fees that was piling up on my space… nothing can be more stressful! So after talking to one of the employees (“Kim”) She offered me a little Relief With removing some of the fee’s so I could get back on track and save my items from being Auctioned. There was no better time than now to take advantage of her kindness, so it was imperative That I make it down there as fast as I could pay this Outstanding bill.
