“We needed a place to put our things after an out of state move. Our first two visits were okay. The third visit was absolutely AMAZING thanks to Vanessa. We realized we didn’t have enough space to store our things and had to get a second unit. Vanessa was SO KIND! I’m talking about super memorable customer service that was over the top great. She helped us navigate a stressful situation with understanding, patience, and a double dose of customer care. I wasn’t even going to write an extended review…. But she was so helpful on this visit. “I had the best experience with Thompson Moving and storage. Jim, Cole, Michael and Mark made my move exceptionally stress-free. I was very nervous to hire movers after being in my home for 40 years. But these guys made the experience so enjoyable, never thought that would be possible. I would recommend them to everybody. At my age, the less stress, is the best. “Nice, friendly staff. Perfect location and storage space sizes. Very dissapointed they honored web rates to get my business for larger storage, but when i was ready to downsize to a smaller storage space they woule not honor web rates which were half the price I'm now paying for a much smaller space. Since I couldn't afford to rent another truck and open a new contract at another one of their locations I'm still stuck with a non-competitive price, which is really frustrating. There was some water leaks over my initial space but luckily I had mostly plastic bins, one box did have water damage to which I had stuffed animals in it.”

“Wonderful organization, we rented an office space with Extra Storage and the staff really took great care of our needs. They hold our mails and reach out when anything comes in! Highly recommend if you need an office space or storage. Tim K is the assistant manager of the Bridgeview location and he’s been great to work with!”

I can't say enough about the staff at 105th in Chicago without using a barrage of 'P'-words. Both Kashimia and Jacob were VERY positive, personable, professional and most of all, PATIENT. They both went above and beyond to help me properly manage three storage units (over quite some time), and both were especially helpful in transitioning and evacuating my units.
