    “I got multiple food items here that I enjoyed. It looked like the store typically has good produce. The store has a convenient location. They have a wide selection, although smaller than other grocery stores. I was usually able to find a lot of items that I was looking for. It looked like most of the time the store was not too busy. It even has a parking lot. I appreciated that the store had a lot of prepared foods, which was convenient. It was excellent that they did this, and a lot of the prepared foods looked like they would typically be good.”

    “Stopped by Pete's Fresh Market #12 while visiting Chicago from California as part of a personal case study on supermarket operations, and I was really impressed. The store is clean, well organized, and has an amazing selection of fresh produce and prepared foods. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Had a brief chat with one of the store managers, Mr. Hector, who was friendly and professional despite being busy. I appreciated him taking a few moments to share a bit about the store's history—you can tell Hector proud to be part of the team. Great store and a great shopping experience. I'll definitely stop by again the next time I'm in Chicago. P.S The taco was great, the white sauce is amazing. I'm from San Diego and their taco hot off the grill was amazing. Definitely regret didn't go for the more ?”

    “So nice to see the improvements at the former Pan's--now Carnival. I miss smaller stores with fewer, higher quality choices. The produce is fresh and the butcher shop is terrific, plus, it's staffed by friendly folks. Sure, some of the prices are higher than at Jewel, but it's also a much more pleasant experience. I often go out of my way to shop there now.”

    “I normally have a great experience here when I pick up prescriptions, but the last time there was this lady (she seems to be new because I've never seen her before) who was very rude to me. I come here all the time to pick up my prescriptions and occasionally I will ask if I can pay at their register for an item or two that isn't a prescription and they always let me. But this lady scoffed and rolled her eyes at me for asking. No one has ever told me I have to go to the front checkout, so she should've told me if there was a policy change or something instead of giving me an attitude. I'm hoping maybe she just had an off day, otherwise she should not be working in a customer service position.”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions.
