“Had a great experience at Fleet Feet. They had scanned my daughter’s feet for spikes and then offered her a number of options and talked through the similarities and differences.
We finally settled on those shoes. When we bought the shoes a few weeks later, the gentleman that worked with us was professional, kind, and educative. He took the time to show us the cross country spikes and explain how they were different from regular running shoes, how to put them on, and then led my seventh grade daughter through all that. He showed how the spikes are put on the shoes and gave us separate bags for the different kinds of spikes. He had welcoming energy and facilitated our checkout asking if we remembers and giving us discounts for being members and because my daughter is a student. Good energy, educated and practical approach, and a kindness go along the way in my book.”
“I visited the store for the first time this evening, and I was blown away! After over 10 years of struggling with flat feet, foot pain, and back issues, I finally decided to check it out.
Nolan, our associate, was fantastic. He performed a thorough foot scan for both me and my husband, tailoring the shoe selections perfectly to our needs. He also helped me find insoles today and helped me ordered a different color shoe for me, and allowing me to pay when I pick them up.
Nolan even found a great pair of shoes for my husband, who has extra-wide feet and often struggles to find comfort. Now that I’m walking dogs more in the neighborhood, I can’t thank him enough! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to everyone!”
“Price wise it's not bad for most things. That's if you can find a price. Some of the pricing wasn't readily viewable. The atmosphere of the store was nice reminding a bit of a lodge without the wood everywhere. Now the real issue I had was outdoor.
While the store can give off a Ross vibe, my concern wasn't marketing strategy but looking for outdoor stuff. It felt hodgepodge and clustered. More like accessories than actual stuff I'd use as an avid outdoorsman. They did have a few things I liked but in comparison to bulk of this section I'd say 15%. And then as the store pushes the outdoor marketing, I felt like the pet section was bigger and had more to offer.
I think with a little more clearer organization and a aisle or three expansion in outdoors, this would be a well rounded store. As it is right now it's more of a toe dippers introduction into outdoor adventures as seen on family TV. But for what it is and reasonably priced I can see the family oriented market being satiated for a while.”

It’s been a year since my last purchase at Peak. I have had 3 iterations of the same shoes that I loved. I expected to just update to the latest version of the same shoes. Megan brought a pair of shoes out and the newest version was not comfortable.
I explained what I didn’t like about the newest sneaker. Megan found me two great alternatives. She then grabbed a laptop and walked me through all the color options to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

“I am in my 60s and I stopped in to find good shoes to get me through a two week vacation through Japan where we were using our feet and public transportation to get around. I walked into the store for the first time, and was greeted by a friendly woman (sorry I don't remember your name!) who was extremely helpful without being sales-y. With very little fuss, she got me into a pair of Topos, which I'd never heard of. They were comfortable and cute. I am happy to say I had the trip of my life, and the shoes carried me through. I would recommend the store to anyone, and I found the prices to be fairly in line with what you get elsewhere.”

“What a fantastic store at Yorktown! We were in town from Canada, and wanted to buy two bear shirts but they were only large and we needed medium. Once we got back to Canada, I called to see if there was any way we could have some shipped. The staff kept keeping me posted as to ways to have them sent to Canada. I received many calls from Yorktown. They got a hold of Lucy, at their warehouse, and she quickly set me up with the way to have them shipped to Canada. Your staff at Yorktown and the warehouse are phenomenal. Well done Clark Street!”

“Amazing experience at this store on July 4th' 2024! My wife and I were visiting Chicago from CA. She went shopping at this Under Armour store in the mall in the evening of July 3rd. That night she realized she had lost Tiffany's white gold bracelet with diamonds that I had gifted her for our 25th anniversary! She could not sleep that night! Next morning we called the store. Alex (did not ask for his last name) picked up the phone. We explained the situation. He put us on hold - it took longer than expected so we thought they could not find the bracelet and it is gone! To our surprise, when Alex came back on the call, he asked for us to identify the bracelet. Once we did he said, he has the bracelet. It was such a relief to hear that. We were overjoyed. We drove to the mall, met with Alex at the store and he handed us the bracelet. This bracelet has sentimental value for us but is also very expensive. We are so grateful to Alex for what he did. We appreciate his customer service, honesty, integrity and effort to thoroughly look for out prized possession. Thank you so much, Alex.”

I have used previously for cracked screen but today they replaced entire glass on back, sides and front of phone and picked up / delivered on time; it was such a smooth service.
