I went in convinced that I wasn’t going to buy since I just wanted to try on a shoe I saw online, but my mind was completely changed after I stepped into the store and was accommodated by the best. Shayla helped me and truly just fulfilled my heart’s desires (even measured my feet as soon as I came in). I WILL be back when I am in need of a new pair of shoes and I hope that I will be taken care of by the same sweet angels that took care of me today. <3”

“Nike in Chicago land is amazing! Cashiers and people in general that works at the stores are so kind and very helpful.
Yesterday Danielle (Aurora outlet store) was so nice, the best attitude ever and soooo much helpful, she took it personal to help with and exchange, write down the information that I needed to take to the Oakbrook store and explain about the chat on line for additional help.
Today Alex (Oakbrook store) was very friendly and quick to help get my size exchange right, additionally help me with a new purchase.
