“I have nothing but good things to say about this location and Ken, the salesman. I’ve been on a streak since April, but today I left my office without riding. My options were to forget about it and ruin my consistent hard work and dedication, drive 40 minutes back to the office and ride, or look for the nearest showroom. I called the Oak Brook location, spoke with Ken and he told me I could come in and ride. When I arrived he was warm, nice, and very accommodating. This meant a lot to me after a rough couple of days. Ken allowed me to try the newest model bike, gave me shoes and headphones to use. I’m so glad I went because not only did I get my 30 minutes in, but I rode my personal best. When I was finished Ken said Peloton loves when customers come in and thanked me for coming in to ride. I left with a few promotional items and felt like a valuable customer and part of the Peloton family. Thank you Ken for your genuine kindness and excellent customer service.”

“I went into Oakbrook Mall Fabletics for the first time last weekend because my friend was hosting a special workout event. Typically, I'm hesitant to spend more than 10-15 bucks on workout clothes and was not planning on buying anything that day other than attending the event. But I had such a great experience with the workers and really liked the quality of the clothes once I tried them on. Yanique, Gina, Destiny, and Jocelyn were AWESOME in helping me. Yanique was particularly kind and helpful when I asked her for advice on sizes, color, etc. Thank you so much ladies for being so patient and helpful. I'm really liking the new clothes and have gotten compliments already!”
