“Walked into the bank with a quirky request late in the afternoon. This is a moderately busy branch, luckily Rosa, one of two customer facing reps, was available. Well, Rosa, must be the flower of this branch as she worked hard to execute a transaction that required approvals, call to HQ and more.
To have Rosa patiently and effectively pursue a perfect outcome was evidence of a sincere customer orientation, which to me is often missing.
Rosa should be commended for her persistent pursuit of solutions on my behalf as well as all other customers.”
“My son needed to get his first checking account. We attempted to walk in to several other local banks and refused due to lack of employees. We decided to try BMO palatine. We didn’t schedule an appointment on a Saturday and walked in 8 minutes before they closed. Vidhya was so kind, willing to help my son and took her time helping him out and explaining how to use his mew accounts. We opened a checking and savings for him with her help.
