“I loved their free diagnostic exam for my feet, it helped me confirm and discover a lot of points about my necessities regarding my personal way of walking and feet structure. Staff is very helpful and guided me through diverse shoe models evaluation, they listen to you and give you the best type of shoe you need. Definitely recommend coming and take the exam so you know what's best for your feet even if you work retail.”

“I was looking to try on some shoes for pickleball. Having never been to this store, i did not realize that the selection of shoes was limited. However, the gentleman working was very polite and helped me the best that he could. The store was small but had a nice variety of tennis racquets and pickleball paddles. Just not a lot of shoes.”

“I've visited this store a couple of times—once to purchase a gift card and more recently to pick up some items for a die-hard Cubs fan friend of mine. The store is clean, welcoming, and well laid out, with just about everything a sports fan could ever want.
My friend and I now live in Florida, so it was special to bring a little piece of Wrigley Field to him. The gentleman who helped me at checkout was friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. He made me feel like I was at home and like I had been a longtime customer.
Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, but you'll definitely experience it at Clark Street Sports. On top of the outstanding service, their merchandise is well-priced. I highly recommend stopping in if you're looking for quality sports memorabilia and a great shopping experience.”

“Rainbo is the best place in Chicagoland for all things skating. Their expertise in skates are second to none. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment if you need any maintenance or need to order skates. They are extremely busy because of the high caliber of service, and you may not be able to "drop in"”

“Highly recommend this Play it again sports for all your athletic and fitness equipment needs, their battling cages in the back, and custom apparel made! I have taken my kids in for volleyball knee pads, ice skates, soccer cleats, shin guards, etc, and weights for myself. The staff is always friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for.
As a business owner, I use their battling cage space in the back for mom and me classes. They are so welcoming and accommodating to me and our families.
Lastly, just used them to make custom hoodies for our members and they did a great job! They were reasonably priced, great quality, and were available quickly. This business, owner, and staff are great!”

I have bought multiple ice hockey skates, inline skates, and figure skates for my kid at this store.”
“We’ve been to 4 other bike shops today looking for an E Bike for my mom. Met with mediocre customer service from all shops until we found Kozy! Luis was incredible! So nice, not pushy, and so quick to answer questions and get us exactly what we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back to this shop for all future bike needs! “I needed some vests embroidered for my business, Manic Maids. It was a small run, so I wasn’t sure if some would just do a handful of items. I called around and reached out to Mario. He was quick to answer my questions, gave me a reasonable quote, and made it easy to email my artwork over. I dropped off the vests and embroidery was done within 24 hours. It looks great - just what I needed. They took credit card, which was a plus. I’d use them again for sure. They were good to work with.
As a side note, they had some really cool embroidery and screen printing examples in the office. It looks like they can do some impressive stuff.”

“I had a great experience at this Famous Footwear, especially thanks to Angela, the store manager. I originally bought a pair of shoes here and came back a couple weeks later to exchange them because they ended up being too big. The ladies working that day were very kind, printed out my receipt, and tried to help, but we couldn’t find the right fit at the time.
I went to another location after that and had a really poor customer service experience, so I decided to come back here and I’m so glad I did. Angela provided amazing customer service. She handled the exchange smoothly and took the time to explain that the Nike style I chose runs a bit narrow, which really helped.
With her guidance, I was able to find a pair that fit perfectly and I’m very happy with my purchase. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Angela, for such excellent service.”
