Their professionalism is top notch. From the initial call to establish service through the installation process the representatives have been outstanding. I love that they are local. “It has taken nine months to get billing corrected for upgrading two iPhones. It has been very frustrating working with Customer Service trying to get it corrected, waiting a month for the next bill and finding out that it is still incorrect.
The one very big positive during the nine months is the support received from the local store representatives. They have worked with me in explaining to Customer Service each and every month. Without their support I would have left T-Mobile after just a few months.
I wish to thank JaMarcus and Hernan for all their efforts and recommend them T-Mobile Employee of the Year!

“My second fiber company I've ever had, and I could not ask for more. The hubs they provided to give wifi to my apartment work wonderfully, I've never had to worry about downtime, and the speeds are very good with relatively fast support services. I have their full package and while I don't use their TV services as much, the little Android box they give for the TV has been wonderful for catching anything from most of my streaming services.”
“Casey at the Washington store is extremely streamly capable and very well adversed with working with the more senior types citizens such as myself.. Cell phones can be quite a challenge to challenge to us more mature people and she's very patient and caring and wants to make sure that she covers everything with you.. Today I stopped because I had a problem with my phone that I couldn’t figure out. Jordan greeted me instantly. He fixed my phone problem. “We had Dish network for years and was nothing but trouble. We switched to Telstar and love it! No more blackouts when it rains, dealing with some foreigner that could care less if they solved your problem, and no more cable boxes. Telstar is a local company that employ's local people that are very pleasant to deal with at a very fair price. Keep up the great work Telstar you and your employee's are awesome...”

“I had Steve set up a plan for my wife and myself. He knew all the prices and promotions by heart and set us up with a plan, two phones and all the extras. Also set us up with the T-Mobile 5G internet. It's running decent. Total I'm saving 110 dollars a month switching from the plan and internet service I had prior. Thank you very much.”
“The only reason they do not get 5 stars is because of the actual service I am getting or not getting at home and on my phone. However, this store is absolutely wonderful at helping you with your questions or issues.
