I had a bad experience on the phone with Xfinity over the phone where an agent made promises and didn’t deliver. As a matter of fact they added services. I walked in the xfinity store and had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah. She took care of the problem and was extremely prompt and pleasant. Thank you Hannah!!!
