“The Manager rectified the situation, and advised that no money is ever needed up front. She was able to refund the money when the floor services were not utilized. My floor needed prep work, that they did not offer. I would use them for another project in the future.”
“I was having a hard time finding something on the home depot website. One of the Home Depot employees, his name is Ali, (it sounded like that anyways) was so helpful, went above and beyond. He and Charles were wonderful. Both of them, but Ali, who has been there 8 years is a wonderful employee. He works also repairing equipment but we were in rentals that day. If he worked for me, I would pay him as much as I possibly could. Thanku Ali!”

“Tom at the Lake Zurich Rental center really helped me out. I was planning on renting a sewer rodding machine because my shower was backing up. After listening to my issue tom suggested the issue was in my septic field. Turns out I took the cover off and the tank was totally full. Tom chose to help me solve my problem over the phone instead of just trying to rent me a piece of equipment. I will think of this rental department whenever I need another tool to rent. Thanks again TOM!”

“Retail Stores are difficult to review, because it's all about the layout, mobile site, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Home Depot is no different from any other home remodeling store, except I find their stores are much easier to locate items than other stores. I can be in and out of the store in 10mins because it's easy to navigate. For those who don't shop at Home Depot very often, then your smart phone will be your best friend. Simply search their site for product (make sure you to have the right location) and in return their site will provide the aisle and Bin#. Super Helpful. A store isn't a great store without great employees. I had a question about a product and one of their employees took his time to explain the pros and cons of several different products depending on the nature of or current situation. This allowed us to make a sound decision on which product to purchase.”

He answered all our questions in Paint and then we watched him direct 3 other customers to find the things they needed throughout the store. “Menards is our go to hardware, lumber and garden store. They have everything we needed and better prices than Lowe’s and Home Depot. On top of it they offer the 11% rebate??
Just wish the 11% rebate didn’t have to be mailed in, it’s a waste of our stamps, this seems so old school.”
“It's a Home Depot and it has all the things you'd expect. We've gotten many a yard project done with help from this store. In addition, I like to take my dog here to walk around when it's nasty weather outside. Staff has always been so sweet to her or just ignored her, which is fine too.”

“there was a lot of new items and I really like the plant section as I am I have a gardener however, I did notice that there wasn't a lot of selection when it came to stones and towels that I could use in my garden and this was kind of disappointing, especially due to the high rates of drought that are known to be occurring in our area sometimes during the summer but nonetheless, I was very happy with the plant selection and the selection of sand available in this establishment store”

“Nothing out of the ordinary at this Home Depot. Once you've been to one, you've been to them all. The associates here are helpful and one even proactively asked us if we needed help. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the home appliance area, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Plenty of sinks, stalls, and urinals. Sit or squat? Squat... there's still a pandemic after all.”
“I have been shopping here for several years and have bought some very good tv's their. I know you can buy cheap tv's at Walmart, but this place has most major high end brands like: visio, Samsung, LG, and Sony. They also have clearance areas with even higher % off of the already low prices!! I have told many of my friends and each time they told me thanks they had alot of good things!!!”
