“Many thanks to the staff at the Rolling Meadows branch. Yesterday I brought my 94 year old mother there to sign papers for a HELOC. The staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The manager who greeted us at the door , Carlos who directed the closing and the lady who notarized the papers all were kind, patient and knowledgable. Great job !!!”
