“I donate often and this is my go to place to drop off donation now. The staff who receive donations are always polite and courteous. The way they present items for resale, it is obvious how much care and heart they put into it. It looks like a well kept store.”
“I can't say enough great things about Robyn's Nest! My mom and I frequent her store almost weekly. She is kind, accommodating, and offers a warm and welcoming environment. Not to mention the store is beautifully curated and laid out for a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. All items are in beautiful condition and organized neatly on racks and shelves. I have found so many fun treasures here and look forward to the next time I shop here!”
“Thank goodness for AzteK Tire Shop. This is the only place that has our awkward tire size. Everyone is really friendly and very helpful. Tire was off the rim, put new tire on and mounted in less than 10 minutes. So if you have an awkward size tire look no further than the AzteK Tire shop in Wood Dale Illinois, they got you covered..
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Lucille really helped me out by taking a bedroom set donation. The scheduler and the pick up guys were great! The pick up crew was very nice and careful. Much appreciated!”
“Great charity shop, all proceeds go to a local hospital. Nice assortment of women's clothes and shoes. housewares and men's section is a smaller but still full of high quality finds”

“clean, organized, friendly staff, & fair prices! I've been shopping there for years & love this store! bought my 2nd piece of furniture yesterday. so excited!”
“Wonderful, respectful staff and reasonably priced items.Store is clean, organized, and they really do a beautiful job merchandising. You can really find some gems in here.”
“I had time to kill between testing at Lutheran General so I stopped in to roam the aisles and I’m so glad I did!
The store is extremely organized. The shelves are neatly stacked with countless treasures, separated by holiday, frames, kitchen items, serving dishes, mugs, decor etc. Everything was easily visible without having to lift or move things.
I did not shop for clothes but was impressed by the endless racks of items. Everything neatly hung separated by size and color. A coat did catch my eye which was vintage cashmere Mark Shale for $6.99. I snatched that right up. It’s gorgeous.
Next trip I will be spending more time going thru the clothing. The shoes are separated by color and there were many that caught my eye but I was running out of time.
The staff was incredibly friendly (well, the young man that checked me out was really the only person I interacted with) but he was great.
Looking forward to stopping by again.”

“Fantastic thrift store, they have great selection of new (when they get items in) and used items. Also goes to a great cause, and they’re conscious of the environment which is a nice plus.”

“Great place, great staff, but be aware that they close in December the Food pantry. Myself and others were walking up to the door today and a bewildered desk person was wondering why we were there, it was Thursday after all. No sign on the door.”
“It was a nice goodwill. Many things are packed on the shelves in the hardlines area, & a very large section of the clothing is dedicated to Woman's Clothing's. Men's section of clothing I found it hard to find any short sleeve collared shirts. Each size of the section didn't have much more than 3 feet of clothing of nothing special brands. I've noticed that many of the 50% tags are missing. They could have been pulled to make more room for new items, but with much space already available, I am unsure why.
This place was a bit clean & organized other Goodwills I have visited.
I really appreciate that they have a bick rack outside the store. Much appreciated.
I wasn't able to find much today. But there's always another day for many new things to come in.”

“First time visiting here with my adult daughter. This is by far the best resale shop I’ve been to. Everything is organized so well, clean and prices are very reasonable. I have a trunk full of items I will be donating knowing they will be able to use them. Daughter bought a couple of items too.”
“I see a couple reviews of 1 star that prices are outrageous and staff is rude. (1) This is so incorrect!!! I'm there every weekend shopping for the last 10 years and not once have I come across a rude employee, upper staff member or volunteer. (2) The prices are extremely fair and lower than all competitors. I've bought many things from here that I've seen at antique stores for 4x the price. Every month Wings has a specific color price tag that is 75% off for whatever items that color price tag is on. Every weekend furniture is 50% off and the last weekend of every month the entire store is 50% off. In my opinion Wings is the best resale store around and has 3 locations, Prospect Heights, Schaumburg and Niles. I've been an antique collector and resale shopper for 36 years and Wings is a great place and always filled with customers.”
“I enjoy going here to find charming decor, kitchenware, craft supplies, and clothing occasionally. For example, I found this cute snowman tablecloth to use for winter. I also was able to find lots of lights and tinsel for this past Christmas. They do not have clothing for babies/children (except some costumes like for Halloween), but there are toys and other media in the back. Been visiting for over a year. I think the current staff are pleasant! They greet you verbally with a hello or nonverbally with a smile and otherwise won’t bother you as you browse unless you want help. They also are very receptive to donations. Thankful to explore this little treasure trove.”
“I found a nostalgic nerf bow and arrow, lacrosse sticks, a couple bikes, and several books my daughter wanted. Process are higher than a thrift store should be, but I enjoy walking through it.”

“JP RESALE took care of my "big heavy baby" : cleaned, fixed, get the oil changed for $90. A job done and well done in a couple of hours! Thank you.#supportlocalbusiness”
“clean and neat. everything organized and workers are nice . only problem is are the high prices on some clothes . i saw a nike tag and it was $15. the shirt was beat up and overpriced.”
“Since the change in management, this store has improved significantly. It is now noticeably cleaner, more organized, and better managed. The staff is attentive and professional, and the overall atmosphere is much more welcoming. It’s truly a pleasant experience to shop here now. You can see that customer satisfaction is a clear priority. Keep up the great work!”
“very nice staff but prices has gone up alot. thrifting is also to help people who can't afford certain item, not to pay retail price for used items. The prices starting to look like salvation army prices.”
“Great people. Great stuff and they told me it all goes to the community. Super happy it exists. Moved here from LA — so much better deals than the ones out west and better quality too! Love my new silver bowl.”
“This location is fairly clean and selection is plenty. The staff are nice and reasonable! The prices aren't as bad as others. For example, Savers in Orland park is priced higher than this location.
This Savers in Schaumburg is always busy when I go. I always find something.
Lines on Monday go super fast because they are very efficient. They put out new stuff every day from what I notice by coming throughout the week.”
“I think it was Ken and Anthony who found the books I mistakenly dropped off there. They were very nice and helpful. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to help me. So often people do the minimum, it's great that the team at the hoffman estates goodwill does the maximum to provide their customers and donors with the best customer experience.”
“I frequent this store all the time and always come away with some treasure. I can't tell you how many good buys I have found. Yes prices have gone up, as have prices everywhere. Cost to operate any business cant forever stay the same.”
“It's a nice Goodwill & they very large selection of clothing however, smaller section of Home goods. There are not signs indicating types of clothing or for men or woman which side of the store is on. overall, I found some good things today. Spend more time in here than I wanted to.”
“Love this cute resale store, and it's shopping with a purpose because of its mission to serve and help those around the world. So, this is my go-to place to donate, and I've found some great clothing, shoes, and purses there. There's always a sale! Just make sure and check the days and hours when they are open.”
