“We rented a unit for my stepson for college, and I've rented at other places in the area but this is so far these are the cleanest without a doubt when my son and I came in Lavonne new everything I asked about very informal about the insurance and the pricing I couldn't get my code to work she helped me on that as well went outside in the rain and took us to our unit she was the best by far I've dealt with I'm glad she definitely knew her stuff thanks again I would give six stars if y'all would let me.”

“I am helping my nephew move to West Virginia. He sent his key to me, after 3 weeks the usps delivered the envelope with the key torn out. I went to the storage company to see what we could do. I went to the office during their lunch hr. I called and Calletta answered the phone. She came to the door and helped me rectify my problem after a quick call with my nephew. Calletta made everything so simple. I was able to get into the locker and inventory the contents. It was good to see that customer service is still alive, I would give Calletta a 12 out of 10. Thanks for the help.”

“Clean, well-managed, safe property. The manager at the Maplewood location does a very good job, always willing to help with any issue. She is on top of what is going on, helps with move ins and outs, keeps the property clean and is very hard-working.
My only issue with Public Storage is that they raise their prices too often.”

“Amy Davis is amazing she recognized the stress that had already occurred upon my arrival. I moved from another state and my team was exhausted. She reopened the store as she was leaving researched my unit and it was not the one to meet my needs. She took the time to find one that would better fit my needs. She was a very calm and welcoming professional. She took us on a mini tour providing details how to enter the building to access my unit. The best customer service experience coming to a new city.
