Whenever I come to my local OldSecond bank I have full trust when it comes to anything finance, I feel that my account is always protected and I will always get notified whenever there’s a possible scam that has accrued. “We went to the bank, and we were greeted instantly. I hand my mom with me, and she uses a walker. The representative, Mr. Bussey, was extraordinary helpful. He helped us righr away, and made us feel welcome right away. We did a simple transaction, but it was his willingness to answer all of our questions. Often times you feel rushed, but we never felt that way. His customer service was genuine and sincere. That is so important, especially when it comes to money. I have been a long standing customer since the bank was Austin Bank of Chicago in the 80's, then later became ABC Bank, now Old Second Bank. I know there're not as large as Chase, Boa, Us Bank to name a few, I can't imagine transferring to some other institution, I have always been satisfied with the service I receive there, and was more so when the chgo hts location switched over so that I didn't have to travel to the 92nd street lication..location.
