“I have found several instances of this Walmart lowering their prices on items that we regularly purchase for a month or so and then raising it back to their previous price and then raising it again in a couple of weeks to a new higher price. I hope this doesn't become a pattern. This soap was $2.97 forever and then all of a sudden went to $4.97. Ironically, after I mentioned it in a previous survey, it went back to it's previous $2.97. This item seems to have now disappeared from the soap set. Change for the sake of change is getting tiring at Wal-Mart”

“I can to the store early last week and Bae was such a great help as I came inside to get an upgrade. I had a charging piece stuck inside my port and she immediately found tools to help me get it out, afterwards it didn’t work so I got a new device but even with the setup process It was done fast and efficiently. Other customers came inside and she respectfully greeted them in a well manner and catered to us all while she was the only one inside at that moment. Super kind, knowledgeable, and created a nice shopper experience and safe atmosphere!”

After being told to contact AppleCare and driving to AppleStore in Matteson I decided to come back to Cricket. Fortunately Melissa and Julian were on duty!!! “From day one this place has been stellar. There used to be one lady who was there every time I went and she was so welcoming. Now there is more staff and they are great just like her! As I walked in one new guy made eye contact and said, “Hello!” And did the same with my mother and another gentleman whom walked in afterwards. We all said, “Hello,” back. Then Eric Z. came and said, “Hello, how can I help you?” He processed the payment in a timely manner. That guy deserves to be promoted. I remember seeing him as he first started and I saw how quickly he caught on to everything. I support Boost Mobile of Urbana and recommend coming here for plenty of seating and friendly staff.”
