“I can to the store early last week and Bae was such a great help as I came inside to get an upgrade. I had a charging piece stuck inside my port and she immediately found tools to help me get it out, afterwards it didn’t work so I got a new device but even with the setup process It was done fast and efficiently. Other customers came inside and she respectfully greeted them in a well manner and catered to us all while she was the only one inside at that moment. Super kind, knowledgeable, and created a nice shopper experience and safe atmosphere!”

“I was sent to this Tmobile because the one I was at didn’t want to do their jobs and honestly THANK YOU ABDUL and Nessy (I think this was her name) for the referral! When we walked in we were greeted kindly I can’t remember her name she was a black woman very tall with curly hair I lost the piece of paper I wrote their name on but she was awesome she was understanding and kind she ended up leaving and Kailie if I spelled it wrong I’m so sorry but she ended up finishing us up she was so kind she didn’t waste any time she got everything done and we even left with a free WiFi for a month that the other place didn’t even tell us about! 10/10 if you need to visit a Tmobile in Champaign Urbana Rantoul Savoy go to Prospect and Interstate Drive and see these ladies their so good at what they do and they make the wait worth it! They should get raises the way they were in there upselling and convincing me to switch from a company I’ve been at over 10 years!!! Def my type of customer service and yes I do know a little bit about it I’ve worked as a secretary at a hotel for over 15 years I definitely know good customer service!!! Thank God they keep sending business your guys way!”

He deescalating me and calming me down and get me fixed up change my way of thinking of the store. I have worked in costumer service for over 40 years. “From day one this place has been stellar. There used to be one lady who was there every time I went and she was so welcoming. Now there is more staff and they are great just like her! As I walked in one new guy made eye contact and said, “Hello!” And did the same with my mother and another gentleman whom walked in afterwards. We all said, “Hello,” back. Then Eric Z. came and said, “Hello, how can I help you?” He processed the payment in a timely manner. That guy deserves to be promoted. I remember seeing him as he first started and I saw how quickly he caught on to everything. I support Boost Mobile of Urbana and recommend coming here for plenty of seating and friendly staff.”

He listened to me, made all the phone calls and made sure that my problem was solved before he helped anyone else. He displayed good old fashioned customer service that is so hard to find these days.
