“While shopping at Woodfield, the Converse shoes at front of the store caught my attention since my daughter will be ordering custom Converse online.Arthur approached us and asked if he can help. I told him we’re just looking since my daughter will be ordering custom ones online at Converse site. He then offered for my daughter to try on shoes to help with her decision. Wow, what amazing customer service!Arthur was helpful and friendly even though he knew we wouldn’t be buying shoes from Journeys at that point. “Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”

“For your average shoe, limited selection but surely more than what department stores carry. They do offer to ship you your size for free if they don't have it. They don't carry specific shoes like Tennis or Pickleball shoes though.”

“In terms of its interior physical layout, design, and presentation, Bloomingdale’s outlet is a very classy, non-cluttered big step up from the Nordstrom Rack in the same Plaza .For men, the shoe selections is are at a minimum and Nordstrom rack has them beat.There are a few decent finds in the men’s clothing department, but this store greatly caters to women’s clothing and shoes; and I would recommend it for women to find a special item or two as opposed to Nordstrom Rack.”
“Both times I went here I had such great customer service, workers gave me suggestions and helped me find clothes and folded the when I no longer wanted it, my total also went from 270$ to 137$ from their incredible sales.”

“Wow! I walked into the store and was blown away at the amount of merchandise. They have final clearance which is 75% of retail store. Last season items selected for 60% off retail. Then they have last collection at 50% off retail and finally the basics and some new items at full price. I spent about an hour in the store and saved about 1K off items that are from previous collections I couldn't find my size, so I missed out on classic pieces. I will be back k and the staff is very helpful!”

They are very attentive and helpful, I wish I got their names. They offer to put all the clothes in the dressing room as I picked them out and when I was getting ready to try on they had some other things they suggest I should try ! And I ended buying a few things they picked out as well.... my experience has been really great. Would go back if I’m every in town!”

“Okay so I was at this store I forgot the lady’s name who help me I’m so sorry I’ll update your name next time I come in she was obviously not a manager but her behavior was very professional she was very polite anything I ask about she helped very welcoming wasn’t rushing made eye contact I had stopped coming to the store for a little bit because I encountered one or two rude employees constantly being constantly kept asking if need anything after I already said no i felt like I was being watched or judged coming into this store their body language was not welcoming appear to have attitudes looked upset and I normally spent big money here so yea it would be nice if somebody can look into what is going on with some of the attitudes with some of the employees because that messes with sales and people not wanting to give you service. It’s no reason why someone should be on shift that attitude is that negative and can’t greet the customers with respect this definitely throws the whole vibe off and considering tax time you all Could lose a lot of money And customers because of the service because of The attitudes and unprofessionalism I myself am in the sales business first thing we learn is how to take self criticism how to greet the employees and accountability etc but over all I like this store just not the way a few employees carry themselves”

“I had a wonderful experience at Xtra Mile! Both the owner Chris and the associate Kevin who I worked with were super resourceful and patient in helping me find the right running shoes for me. Appreciated the gait analysis they do at the store (having you walk/run on the treadmill and analyzing your video) and shoe recs. Ended up getting Brooks Glycerin Max on sale, which I’m liking so far. Chris is very involved in the community too and tries to be a resource for runners of all levels. Highly recommend this Xtra Mile Running!”
