βI obtained a pair of used spikes and found that the "nails" were uneven; I called Xtra Mile Running and spoke to the owner, Chris. He told me to bring them in and replaced the defective spike nails for free, even though I was willing to pay for them. It was very kind of him. I intend to purchase running shoes for my child, in future, from him.β
βI stopped into the Schaumburg location to grab a shirt and pants for an event later that evening. I was greeted immediately, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Iβll be shopping at that location from now on.β

βEveryone is extremely helpful at this location. Isabelle was running around non stop to get us shoes. Not only did she get the shoes I requested but other shoes based on my style. Great customer service!!β
βSalesperson was great. Dissatisfied with the comfort of the Tradesman boot. The sole of the boot seems to be made of hard plastic. Has no cushioning properties to sole.β

βWhile shopping at Woodfield, the Converse shoes at front of the store caught my attention since my daughter will be ordering custom Converse online.Arthur approached us and asked if he can help. I told him weβre just looking since my daughter will be ordering custom ones online at Converse site. He then offered for my daughter to try on shoes to help with her decision. Wow, what amazing customer service!Arthur was helpful and friendly even though he knew we wouldnβt be buying shoes from Journeys at that point. His customer service left an indelible mark that made me and my family see Journeys at a different, more positive light.β
βEvery time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??β

βWe bought a pair of Nike sneakers from Champs at Woodfield Mall and had a smooth shopping experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a good selection of Nikes in stock.
The staff was polite and efficientβthey helped us find the size we needed and processed our purchase quickly. It wasnβt an overly personalized experience, but everything was straightforward and hassle-free.
Overall, a solid place to shop if youβre looking for athletic shoes or gear. We found what we needed and left satisfied!β
βIn terms of its interior physical layout, design, and presentation, Bloomingdaleβs outlet is a very classy, non-cluttered big step up from the Nordstrom Rack in the same Plaza .For men, the shoe selections is are at a minimum and Nordstrom rack has them beat.There are a few decent finds in the menβs clothing department, but this store greatly caters to womenβs clothing and shoes; and I would recommend it for women to find a special item or two as opposed to Nordstrom Rack.β
βI recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony at Restock Shoe Store, and I can't recommend him enough! I was searching for shoe fillers for a work project, and while other stores like DSW and Shoe Carnival couldn't assist me, Anthony went above and beyond to meet my needs. His willingness to help and genuine customer service made all the difference. In todayβs retail landscape, good customer service is one of the most valuable currencies, and Anthony truly understands that. If you need assistance, Restock is the place to go!β
βBoth times I went here I had such great customer service, workers gave me suggestions and helped me find clothes and folded the when I no longer wanted it, my total also went from 270$ to 137$ from their incredible sales.β
βStaff can be nicer maybe but just no big connection to customers after a welcome when you walk in. This place is kept nice but the music is a little too loud in my opinion.β
βVery good experience, Lara and Yola helped me and were both great ladies.
The only downside is the sizing, it would be nice to have smaller sizes so I donβt have to tailor the dress I purchased.

βDean went above and beyond to help me secure a specific pair of hiking boots and he got me a pair shipped from New York being 1 of 4 pairs only available in the country! I am very happy with everything and how it all turned out!β
βWow! I walked into the store and was blown away at the amount of merchandise. They have final clearance which is 75% of retail store. Last season items selected for 60% off retail. Then they have last collection at 50% off retail and finally the basics and some new items at full price. I spent about an hour in the store and saved about 1K off items that are from previous collections I couldn't find my size, so I missed out on classic pieces. I will be back k and the staff is very helpful!β

I accidentally ordered some shoes for my daughter online that werenβt her size, they were too small on her & Alex was able to switch them out for me to a bigger size for my daughter. βCame here to find specific sandals and Abdullah was so incredibly helpful! He found my sizes and let me try on so many different pairs and would put the shoes back so I didn't have to. Helped me zoom in and out of there because I was in a rush. Thank you Abdullah!β

βThe experience I had there was great. Iβm here from work and I also work in the mall across from this store. The customer service is awesome. They are very attentive and helpful, I wish I got their names. They offer to put all the clothes in the dressing room as I picked them out and when I was getting ready to try on they had some other things they suggest I should try ! And I ended buying a few things they picked out as well.... my experience has been really great. Would go back if Iβm every in town!β
