“This was my first time ever walking into this store. I never went in because I thought it was a bunch of knockoff stuff but I was wrong. This store has everything I need for sports. I’m a BIG Chicago fan and I know out of all these stores in Woodfield mall, this store has the most variety of stuff to choose from. I would always shop at Lids because of their coupons. I’m hoping this store has the same sales or coupons like their competitors. But I will definitely make this my to go to sports store. Also, I was very impressed by how nice the staff was. “This place is so amazing. Not only do they have a huge selection of great equipment, they are so kind and caring. Their customer service is top notch, and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is my go to anytime I need to buy something new for my daughter. She is a 10 year old softball player, and every season we have to upgrade her bats and gloves, Play it Again in Schaumburg has great quality stuff for such reasonable prices!! Check it out before you go out and spend too much!!!!”

“Fantastic fishing gear shopping experience. Joey in the fishing department not only guided me towards all of the amazing deals like buy 3 get 3 free on a variety of companies’ gear, but also took the time to discuss details about all of the lures that I was interested in (such as action, color, plastic/lure/rod pairing, and when/where to use them) with pure passion for the sport. He was extremely busy but still made sure to check in on me and answer my questions while tending to his other duties around the store which I really appreciated. By the time I left I got around $800 worth of gear for $466 by utilizing all of the deals that Dicks had with the help of Joey pointing me in the right direction. Matthew at the checkout counter was super patient and made sure that all of the discounts were applied as he scanned nearly 100 items. Matthew then helped me get a Dicks credit card setup which gave me so many points to use for future purchases; and staff like Joey, ones who have real passion and knowledge about the gear they are selling, has ensured that I will consistently visit the Schaumburg DSG for all of my fishing, camping and other sports gear in the near future. Aside from the fishing gear Joey was also able to quickly answer questions I had regarding other outdoor adventure products that Dicks holds such as kayaks, coolers, knives and cooking equipment. I will absolutely be back to continue discussing these things with him as I am in the market to buy many of those items as well.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Xtra Mile! Both the owner Chris and the associate Kevin who I worked with were super resourceful and patient in helping me find the right running shoes for me. Appreciated the gait analysis they do at the store (having you walk/run on the treadmill and analyzing your video) and shoe recs. Ended up getting Brooks Glycerin Max on sale, which I’m liking so far. Chris is very involved in the community too and tries to be a resource for runners of all levels. Highly recommend this Xtra Mile Running!”
