“I obtained a pair of used spikes and found that the "nails" were uneven; I called Xtra Mile Running and spoke to the owner, Chris. He told me to bring them in and replaced the defective spike nails for free, even though I was willing to pay for them. It was very kind of him. I intend to purchase running shoes for my child, in future, from him.”

“Went at the recommendation of my physical therapist to get new walking shoes. I broke my ankle 5 months ago, have swelling from edema & used to have plantar fasciitis so I wanted expert attention to get the right shoe. I was greeted right away and helped very professionally by Gia. The “Albert” scale demonstrated the shape of my foot and arch, I walked on the treadmill which they recorded and viewed to understand my gait - then she lent me socks & suggested four different shoes. All were comfortable and stylish. I bought my favorite pair & ended up getting a few pairs of the socks. A little on the pricey side but so worth the cost of getting the right fit with a thorough measurement system. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”
“This was my first time ever walking into this store. I never went in because I thought it was a bunch of knockoff stuff but I was wrong. This store has everything I need for sports. I’m a BIG Chicago fan and I know out of all these stores in Woodfield mall, this store has the most variety of stuff to choose from. I would always shop at Lids because of their coupons. I’m hoping this store has the same sales or coupons like their competitors. But I will definitely make this my to go to sports store. Also, I was very impressed by how nice the staff was. “This place is so amazing. Not only do they have a huge selection of great equipment, they are so kind and caring. Their customer service is top notch, and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is my go to anytime I need to buy something new for my daughter. She is a 10 year old softball player, and every season we have to upgrade her bats and gloves, Play it Again in Schaumburg has great quality stuff for such reasonable prices!! Check it out before you go out and spend too much!!!!”

“Better than Bass Pro.Easily the greatest fishing store around. Dare I say it... better than Bass Pro Shops. While it may look unassuming from the outside, it probably has more and better options than BPS. Owner is also a super nice and extremely knowledgeable guy. Not at all pushy-- helped me through a lot of questions as I am getting into a new kind of fishing and set me up real nicely. Definitely coming back often.”
