“I like that I frequently see the same associates on the sales floor, so I know that they are pretty familiar with the products. They are also all very friendly and helpful but give me distance if I just want to browse. I never feel like they're breathing down my neck, but I know they're there if I need them. The cashiers are also friendly and willing to help, like when I get home and realize I had a coupon I could have used. Overall, I enjoy shopping here--and I'm not even that much of an outdoorsy type.”

“Some things I really love about this Duluth Trading location: - Great service, friendly associates. - It's a well laid out store, and the employees are constantly straightening, so you can easily find what you are looking for. - Quality, durable merchandise. The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”

“First time at the shop in Geneva, the customer service was great. The lady was so knowledgeable and passionate about skin care, it made me want to buy everything. I ended up getting a couple of things, I got the whole face skincare regimen. Toner dries my face out a bit. One of my favorites is the vitamin D serum, it goes on so nicely and feels great on the skin. I got the face cream, so far so good on that one. Aloe mask is awesome! I love the mask for a face lift and a pore clean after a long week of make up. Another one of my favorites is the hair growth serum, I believe it has rosemary in it. Anyways, highly recommend this as it has helped me so far. My hair feels thicker. Also the deodorant, I got the lavender one, so good. I love this place, it has anything you can ask for regarding self care. I recommend you check it out. Stopped at the Schaumburg location as well and great shop! 10, 10 recommend.”

I drove 30 miles to go to your store but you were closing in 5 minutes, and I was told immediately upon stepping through doors. The hours aren’t even displayed anywhere. I had a great experience with the staff- I was trying to decide between two sizes of a pair of jeans and they genuinely helped me figure out what fit better & what I felt most confident in. I’ve gotten jeans & a couple of cute tops from here and the quality is amazing. I visit every time I’m in town, and I still have clothes I bought from here 4 years ago. The quality of their clothing is amazing (just follow the instructions on the tags)!!”
