“I just had the greatest customer service experience at Dick Pond in St. Charles. Reilly was so knowledgeable about every brand, fit and detail of each shoe. She sat with me for such a long time with extraordinary patience and she made it her mission to ENSURE that I was walking out of this store happy with the most appropriate shoes for my work. Sam, the assistant manager, was so personable and kind as well. It's rare to leave a store thinking about the kind of customer service you received unless it's negative. Dick Pond is my new go-to for athletic shoes and Reilly and Sam made my experience a 10/10. Thank you for such a great experience - you made my day.”

“I had a great experience in the store. We arrived and a gentleman promptly asked what I was looking for as well as discreetly asked what size I needed. I have no problem with telling anyone my size, but it was nice of him to ask in that manner because not everyone is comfortable sharing that out loud. He then took me around to all the different options within the store that they had (I was looking for walking shorts and wicking T-shirts). I wasn't pushed toward buying anything more expensive. It was nice to be given all the options available and just deciding what I wanted. He checked in with us from time to time as we were looking around. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely come back and shop at the store when I'm in the area.”
“The store in Geneva, Il has been a very good store. They have or can get what you need. That are friendly and helpful. They are not the closest store to my home. I spoke with Sean this time and he helped me in less that 5 minutes found my size and shoe style, set up shipping and payment and done. Received my order in less than 24 hours. Wow!! Very happy. Hats off to the Geneva store.”

“Very helpful and professional employees The girl was quick to start a fitting room for me so I didn't have to carry clothes around the store. I was checked on in the fitting room for size changes and when checking out they offered to put my clothes on hangers. A real bonus for me. No profiling as other comments indicated, I came in sweats and a raggedy t-shirt. Was running errands and popped in unexpectedly spending $400. Great customer service +++++”

“Stumbled into Edie while waiting for a dress fitting appointment down the street because we had some time to kill. This boutique is super cute & the staff is really nice! I instantly eyed a quilted purse that I thought was so adorable. I bought one for myself and one for my mom. I ended up coming back a week later for another one in a green color I loved it so much. The only thing that is kind of disappointing is that they won't hold anything for you if you call and ask. I live a few towns over and was afraid the green one might not be there by the time I was able to to back to the store, but it ended out working out.”
“This location is no longer a Foot Locker. It is now a privatized brand called exclusive heat. Brandon and T are the owners but their family works there as well. They have classic Jordans new balances Yeezy‘s all kinds of good stuff bottom of Line if you want it, they got it.. oh that being said, tell him Quinn sent you the best hook up and have a good day”

“I haven't shopped for a very long time since Covid but return to office and need work clothes and shopped at the Geneva Commons location. Jennifer was great and very helpful in assisting me to find clothes. There was another woman there also and both were GREAT! Thank you for helping me find new clothes for work!”

“While waiting for a reservation at a restaurant nearby, we stopped at Talbots. (I was with my wife and my mother.) Both are petite and both shop at Talbots since they have one of the best selections of petite-sized women's clothes around. When I tried to check-in, I realized that this location wasn't on Yelp, so I added them. (The manager was very happy I did that.) While the women shopped, I took a few pictures and posted them right away. For the few times I go clothes shopping with family, I know how hard it is to find petite clothing. This Talbots has one of the largest selection of Petites I've seen anywhere. Both found a number of things they liked. (And I have to admit, looked good.) We patronized, and found things; we paid (and got a $30 discount for joining their buying club). Then, it was off to dinner.”
