“I would like to thank Serena at store # 1957 for her kindness and help. I was complaining to my husband as we walked around the store and needing help and the only help we got from a guy sitting down with no customers is a finger point, then when I returned with more questions he just remained seated and pointed to another place for me to look, I just feel he should have gotten up and showed me. Once I got to the garden area there was a super helpful employee named Serena who whent above and beyond what was asked. We payed for mulch and was told to pick up outside and just drive up and load into car, well we discovered they did not have our mulch outside so parked and went back in with a cart to load up our bags from inside the store instead and she offered to go get it for us. Super helpful and kind. These kind of employees need to be recognized and compensated.”

“I bought a used car recently with an aftermarket stereo and I wanted to get the steering wheel controls working. Matt discovered it already had the module and just needed to have the software updated! He also discovered it didn’t have the correct installation kit(there wasn‘t one)! Matt also grounded the unit to reduce the background noise, along with fine tuning the system! Great service, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about car audio! I highly recommend Best Buy‘s Geek Squad for all your automotive stereo, remote starter needs!”

“This location actually has baby monitors in stock and a lot of Best Buy locations don't have them so you can't look at them in person before ordering. Also they have a selection of analog phones which not everyone keeps in stock either. There are just some things that are better if you can see them and touch and look at up close.”
