“I have not been to Kohl’s for some time and was amazed to find the beautiful way they have changed the layout and products. We stopped into the store on Randall Road in Batavia and everything was neat and tidy, product was easy to find and the selection was different than I had witnessed since the last time I came in. I found a bed set that I needed and I had been unable to find one I liked anywhere else. The associate that helped us at the checkout, Mary Ann, was very courteous and friendly, and also so helpful with questions we had about the coupons that applied to our purchase. Her smile and assistance made the trip worthwhile and we will be back!”

“Nothing beats great customer service, products I want, and all while sipping on my Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience and we have been coming here for 10 years. Today a young man helped me out to find a product. He went above and beyond for me. He checked his scanner and found 1 left in the store. Anyone who works retail will understand that seeing one left in inventory usually means out of stock. Well he searched high and low and found the shoes in my size. He spent like 10 minutes looking. That's good customer service. Keep up the good job! We will be back as usual. We walk in needing paper towels and leave with a basket full. Happens every time.”

She literally dropped everything she was doing at the front of the store to help me locate some bubblegum not on the shelves (like the app said) but in the back stock area. Crissy absolutely deserves recognition-- customer service like hers are rare!”
