“It's been more than two years that I have rented a car. Two years meaning that for the past 740 days, I have been in possession of a rented car. Kenny is a excellent customer service representative. I have seen him at his office, taking calls, attending to in-house customers, training an employee, and still found time to smile. From reservation, to pick up, to any cumminication along the way, and the return of the vehicle, Kenny's acute customer service skills have been the driving force behind my rental from the Streamwood location. There were times when friends/relatives of mine needed cars to rent and Kenny, even though he sometimes wouldn't have any availability, he would give a date when he is likely to have cars available. We need to have many more "Kennys" at all businesses that interface with members of the public. Keep it up Kenny!!”
“If you know what's good for you, and you're interested in a Honda, go to the Schaumburg dealership and ask for Kevin Hanson. Nice guy, very transparent, informative, and wants to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Finance guy is also hilarious and made everything easy.
Good people working here. Seriously, I'm not always easy to please (Kevin can attest to this, I'm sure) and I literally can't recommend Kevin enough. Honest, easy to get along with, and knows his stuff. I will contact him in the future any time I'm looking for a Honda.”

“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”
“WOW! I was in an emergency situation and needed a vehicle quick (like 30 min before closing) due to a work crisis. Zachary was the hero of the day. In less than 45 minutes total - I got a car. “Great team, very friendly, and they always aim to please. Christian checked me in, handled all of my concerns about due dates since my car was at the dealer awaiting a loaner from them. When I returned the car, I left my personal keys in it. I called up, and the attendant (sorry I forgot your name) located them quickly and secured them while I drove back. Another attendant, when I walked in, said "did you leave something in the camry?"... the care, and attention to details of all their customers is imppecable. Absolutely will use again if I need their services”

“The staff was great, no issues with picking up the vehicle or returning it. However, I cannot give 5 stars because the brakes were grinding and very loud. Upon returning the vehicle, I made sure the staff was aware of the bad brakes so they could get them repaired before renting to another customer. The staff was grateful for the information and promptly took care of the issue.”
“Please note the vehicle I rented was filthy. I mean durty. I used two clorox wipes to clean the steering wheel and both times the towlet was brown from all the dirt. You could see dust, hair and dirt everywhere in addition the car had a masked cigarettes smell. I rent a lot since I have an older car and love that you guys are so close to my house. Also, a nice greeting would be good but it might be too much to ask.”

“I have rented from this venue before many years ago and I was in need of a rental as my car was in the shop, I didn’t know they closed at four and I was running late. They called me and I missed the call as I was running to drop my car off at the shop and I called them back And the owner told me that he would wait for me. I got there and almost 5 o’clock. I rented an economy car and he gave Murano. I apologize for being late and he was so kind. We all know when it’s time to get off of work we wanna go yet he stayed for me and I appreciate that so much. I definitely will go back when I need a car to rent. thank you so much for your understanding.!!”

“We had an excellent experience renting a car from Budget Car Rental in Schaumburg, Illinois last weekend! The owner actually came in on his day off to try to assist the employee at the desk, in order to help us locate a car to drive one-way to another state. I didn't realize that would complicate finding a rental. But, due to the enormous number of other people needing rental cars following a night of severe weather with countless flight delays & cancelations for American Airlines and United Airlines; most rentals were for availability in-state only. However, when our flight canceled after an exhausting all-nighter of delays in Chicago, there were zero flights out that day for our final destination, and we had to get home for work, etc... Mike bent over backwards to get us transportation, and not only that--he gave us an excellent deal! I'd checked many of the airlines car rental options online, but they were more than double the price. Plus, it was unlikely we'd even be able to rent one due to the one-way necessity. Therefore, we were completely at his mercy, and yet he took care of us in the most gracious manner possible! The rest of the process was incredibly smooth, easy, and expertly & professionally managed. Our car was perfectly clean inside and out, with a full tank, and we were on our way home feeling quite delighted, highly favored and blessed by God! The fact that Mike spent an exorbitant amount of his personal time to help save the day, was a pure miracle, and we couldn't have been more grateful for Mike, the Agency Operator!”
“i am only giving this Hertz branch a 5 Star because of a brief interaction with a staff member named Brandon who made it easy to return a car that I rented and even took care of my ride home by calling an Uber. Brandon is an example of exceptional customer service.The other side of it, i was given an electric car by the person who took care of my rental without being told i was getting an electric car; not a word about how or where to go to charge the car; later found out there is a home charger in the trunk but it didnt work so i must have spent 8 hours of my life getting this car charged in the past 2 weeks. So unless you know your way around electric cars, dont take it.”
