βWe love going to HyVee whenever weβre in the BloNo area. Theyβre known for great groceries and a vast selection of goods that canβt be found elsewhere. Today when we visited we were checked out by Shannon and he was the best cashier weβve had so far! He was friendly and chatty, but not over the top with conversation or the βcustomer service voiceβ (which is appreciated 100%). The produce could be a bit fresher, throughout the duration of our visit we did see a few different workers cycling produce throughout the area. Weβll be back soon!β
βEverybody loves a Love's gas station! They have some of the best stuff and lots of hot food options also! They also have an RV stop located near the gas station where RVs can go and take care of their specific needs, I thought that was a nice touch!
Even though I'm from the area they had a Chicago coffee cup that I absolutely loved so I had to buy it! Such a great gas station and the customer service was top-notch! Not to mention they have a Bojangles attached to the restaurant so if you'd like to have a nice sit-down meal that would be a great option!β
βIβd like to think Carolyn Nesby for her most wonderful service and sheβs very cordial and very nice and thereβs another gentleman in there. He happens to be African-American. Very good chicken very good service. The cashiers were nice. Carolyn was exceptionally nice the gentleman the African-American gentleman back. They are cooking the chicken and the gizzards were delicious on point everything was great. Thank you.β

βIf you're passing through Bloomington Normal on I-55 and need a place to stop for gas, a bathroom, and a cup of coffee, this is it.My wife's quote - "That's the nicest gas station bathroom I've ever been in!". She actually repeats that sentiment later on. The men's room was very clean as well.I also found both employees working there helpful and friendly.I grabbed a fresh cup of coffee was on my way. βWow... So much Bigger and Different from the original freedom station that was there! My Youngest and I where completely surprised by the new Freedom Station! We stopped on the way to Wrestling Matches and then we stopped back by to get drinks before coming home! I definitely will be stopping again as it is one one my favorite places to go!β
βno fresh mint, no cilantro, nasty looking red onions, no plain yogurt, what is going on??? keep the store stocked with BASIC food please! EDIT: their produce delivery truck broke down so produce was delivered behind schedule which explains why they were out. Totally understandable!β
βThe attendant was very friendly. I used my debit card to purchase gas st the pump. When I was done, it didn't give me a receipt. I had to go inside to get one. The attendant could tell I was upset, she smiled, said she was sorry and I felt better. She wished me a Happy New Year. Due to employees like her, I'll definitely be getting my gas here more often.β
βI recently went to the Hy-Vee bakery looking for a cake for my sons birthday. As I was looking through the cake selection book I happened to look over and up behind the bakery counter and I saw the most fantastic cheeseburger cake. I spoke with Monika, and found out that it was a specialty cake that she had just added to display. I asked if it was possible to customize it as my son eats plain hamburgers and would find the humor in that and Monika was very accommodating. The cake turned out so amazing. Monika is so creative and the cake turned out so good. A big THANK YOU to Monika for being just so nice and accommodating but also a fantastic creator of beautiful tasty cakes!β
βIts always a struggle when you're running low on delicious pizza after sharing it with all your friends. Sometimes you just gotta shoo them away so you can savor that last piece.β
βStopped for fuel en route to Madison, WI on June 30, 2024. Place was clean, organized & service friendly. Fuel was a bit high but there was an air compressor & I needed to fill my left rear tire. I had some trouble & a friendly man, naned Mike, I think, came by to offer assistance. A local, he showed kindness by his assistance & talked about selling fire fighting equipment as I'd mentioned Pierce Mfg was formerly a client of mine. *Thanks 'Mike!'*
There were two nice-sized grassy areas close by in which I could exercise my Lab & terrier dogs, also traveling with me.
I stopped again en route South in late July since I'd had a positive 1st visit!

βHector is just flat out awesome!!! He has been my pillar mechanic since he established his business here & pretty much the only person that has worked on my vehicles. I have also had the privilege of referring some friends to him, and the results were as expected: people were very happy & satisfied with the overall effort, pricing, & quality of work done for them! Beyond the work itself, heβs just a cool dude whoβs nice & reasonable to deal with. I highly recommend Hector and Fast Stop; especially before thinking about taking your vehicle to a retail priced dealership mechanicβs bay!!! LoCoJr.β

βIt's a typical circle k gas station. It has a variety of fountain drinks and slushes to help cool you off during the summer. Along with drinks in the fridge. It has a handicap ramp for those in need.β

βI go there 2 or 3 a week, it's on the way to work. It's my staple place to go. The employees are really good people. Friendly, courteous, I can't say enough good things about them. The gas is good and a great car wash! Thank you everyone.β

βFantastic, professional assistance at front counter for my hi-dose flu shot and my third booster made it easy and fast within 40 minutes. I recommend people to go to CVS for their vaccines because they truly care about your health. Thank you CVS.β
βOnly place in town I can find my amp energy drinks. The people who work there are awesome! And it's in a great location for anyone and everyone. I will say the parking lot is the only enter/exit also.β

βIt's been a while since I've been to a Walgreens location.
I was just shopping for some headphones. The store layout was nice. The isles were clutter free.
I was able to find the headphones that I wanted. There were plenty in stock.
The cashier was nice and friendly. She assisted me with updating my rewards account. The checkout process was quick and efficient.β
