He has been such a wonderful help, getting the guys that reassembled my bed this morning, back to my house, to put the mattress up against the headboard, as it was several inches away. Your customer service is a nightmare, when my issue was not relative to any of the prompts. That is why I reached out to Jason.. He made follow-up calls to make sure that the guys would be back by end of day, and he was so nice to keep me updated. I am truly grateful for his help!”

“I went into Bob’s 2 different times. Godson and Rafael were the 2 salesmen we had assist us. They were AMAZING! They let us know they were there to assist us, but also let us check things out on our own without the pressure. They let us take our time and didn’t rush us, and were very helpful and knowledgeable on the pieces we were looking at. We were very happy with their service and are excited for our furniture to be delivered!”
