“We had a fantastic experience working with Bob! He is incredibly knowledgeable about furniture and took the time to truly understand what we were looking for. Instead of rushing us, he patiently showed us all the different pieces that fit our style and needs. His expertise made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect pieces, ask for Bob Berman.”
“If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He has been such a wonderful help, getting the guys that reassembled my bed this morning, back to my house, to put the mattress up against the headboard, as it was several inches away. Your customer service is a nightmare, when my issue was not relative to any of the prompts. That is why I reached out to Jason.. He made follow-up calls to make sure that the guys would be back by end of day, and he was so nice to keep me updated. I am truly grateful for his help!”
“Exceptional service and great customer experience. Michael was so helpful and treated me so kindly. After a day to think things over I went back and met Taylor the showroom manager and the fun continues! Her knowledge and hospitality along with Michael I ordered a new mattress, sofa and recliner. So happy and cannot wait for delivery!”
“Tamara was a wonderful sales person. She allowed us ample time to talk things out and to help us with questions on various sofas we were interested in. She was so knowledgeable and helped us in coordinating a
sofa and two chairs! After 36 years of the same furniture, we are looking forward to a new living room that’s inviting and comfortable to be in! Thank you for the great service😊”
“Kirklands in Vernon Hills is such a great place to shop for things for your home! The sales associates are very friendly, greet you as soon as you walk in the store and are very helpful if you have any questions! Plus the store smells so good!!! Terri, Jaclyn, Donna and Stephanie are so very helpful, friendly and nice! I will definitely go back there to shop for things for my house!”

“I used to avoid this place because of the customer service, but now it’s one of my favorite places to visit. The staff are much more welcoming, especially Rusul, who is always friendly, helpful, and treats customers like friends. Great service—keep up the good work!”

“I went into Bob’s 2 different times. Godson and Rafael were the 2 salesmen we had assist us. They were AMAZING! They let us know they were there to assist us, but also let us check things out on our own without the pressure. They let us take our time and didn’t rush us, and were very helpful and knowledgeable on the pieces we were looking at. We were very happy with their service and are excited for our furniture to be delivered!”
