“I want to start off by saying that I called Penny Mustard customer Service about a question on how to get a king size mattress which I had "inherited" up my stairs. The mattress (which was purchased from Penny Mustard by a friend who decided to move out of state) sat in my living room for a month before attempting to hike it up the stairs. I called Penny Mustard to ask if they had any advice and spoke to Donna who not only was friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. She took the time to speak to me about "folding the mattress in half" and getting it up the stairs. And she was so right! We got the king size mattress up the stairs like professional movers.Thank you Donna for taking the time and sharing your wisdom in mattress moving and for an excellent customer experience.”

“We have now been enjoying our new couches, pillows, area rug, and coffee and end tables for the past three months; and we could not be happier. Jessica, a Smithe designer, visited our home and then guided us as we looked at and selected everything from their beautiful showroom. The delivery people arrived with a diagram and placed everything perfectly. We had some questions about the rug, and Smithe sent an expert who answered our questions and offered helpful ongoing care suggestions. It is the first time we have ever furnished a room with such beautiful, high quality, and coordinated furniture; and we are grateful for all of the help Smithe provided.”

“It's a bit of a mess in this Super Target (recovering from Black Friday I guess). I could not find any holiday tablecloths. A Target team member directed me to the area and I later found a few vinyl ones in the Magnolia section but they were too small. The store is pretty quiet now and I found the ginormous candy bars for my white elephant exchange! Lots of candy, feathery friends, so many gingerbread houses (even a Target one - how meta!), and plenty of ornaments, etc.”

“Jeremy helped me out tremendously tonight! I bought a mattress that he thought would fit in my car once I emptied it. He told me to come back and he’d personally put it in my car for me since they don’t deliver the mattress that I purchased.
