Everyone had problems and she patiently helped them. You are lucky to have such a great person representing ATT. I will find Isabel when I need to get new phones or services. And. Karen is very professional , knowledgeable , and able to assist all costumers that come in through that door. She greets all and is able to help all. Karen makes sure costumers don’t walk out the door without being waited on. I did retail quite some years ago and am costumer orientated. And know how important it is to make sure the walk out of the shop happy so they can come back and shop at the same store. You can tell when people really want to help and love their job.
