The associate, Sharon, could not have been any nicer. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely be back to spend my Kohl's cash.”

“I was sold shoes by a shoe salesman. As I looked for a pair of loafers to replace my current J&M discontinued model I was approached by Ron the salesman- manager of the Oak Brook location. I showed him a shoe I was considering. He asked me several questions of what activity I was going to be doing in these shoes. I was taken back a bit.
I’m not new to buying shoes. He seemed sincere and really wanted to know.
He explained how shoe construction for someone with my build- 6’2” 235 LB would find comfort in certain shoes builds- all loafers which I wanted to buy.
We had a conversation about several topics while I made my decision. Ron could sell ice in Alaska. We talked about everything from shoes to the white Sox to to Don Rickels to his 6 grand children. Not sure how he has 6 grand children as he looks about 50 but claims he’s 61. I tried on 6 pairs of shoes. I purchased 2 pairs. Who said customer service is a lost art? Stop by and see Ron at Johnson and Murphy of Oakbrook Center. He will find you a pair of shoes that are comfortable and stylish”

“I live in Virginia and have been looking for a suit for a wedding for the last 2 months. Unfortunately the service or lack there of around here has been lack luster. I decided to purchase one online from Sport Coat Blazer. I was hesitant buying online but I must say everything was so easy, the shipping was fast and even though I decided to exchange for a different size the customer service was great! All my questions were answered promptly and the exchange was so easy! Everything was done in a weeks time from the first suit up to receiving my exchange. I am very happy with the suit I purchased and 100% recommend this establishment for anyone looking.”

“First time visiting the store from Canada and first time in a store like this too. I didn't really know what to expect as I'm fairly inexperienced with this stuff (and by myself) but the staff were friendly and patient with me. They helped explain various sizing questions, product differences, stuff about inventory, shipping, what's popular, and more - cool stuff.Got to try on a few things to figure out my sizing in a playfully designed fitting room. Left with a couple boxes and a cute jumper. I wish I could've gotten more stuff but sizing inventory was limited during my visit, unfortunately.Will definitely visit again next time! In the meanwhile, I'll be stuck ordering online. Hopefully more Canadian distribution in the future!”
