“River Oak completed a total remodel of the Master Bath in our Naperville home that included redesign of the space, relocation of shower and toilet, addition of new vanity with added storage space, and replacement of all fixtures and the door. They did an excellent job, and we are completely satisfied with their work. The project was completed on-time and within the quoted price with the addition of some plumbing work needed to bring in-place plumbing to current code.The new bathroom design completely meets our needs and desires. “We attended the All Hearts Day Dinner. For 2 people it was under$45 and included appetizers, entrees, and desserts as well as drinks. Food was very high quality and all delicious. Seemed a little silly to go to IKEA for Valentines Day but it was really fun and a great value. We'd go back again.”
“We worked with Jon on designing new cabinets for our tricky kitchen layout. He was so patient and provided thoughtful insight through multiple revisions. The store carries a wide range of cabinets from standard to designer/custom. Solid plywood and hardwood construction, no MDF that degrades when wet. We designed a modern kitchen with shaker cabinets- white uppers and espresso lowers. Jon personally delivered our cabinets. We are currently in the process of installing them. So far so good! We also got quartz countertops through Cabinetry Direct which will be cut/installed after cabinets. Will try to remember and post a before/after pic once we have it all together!”

Their selection is so great so they really can accommodate most budgets. I’m currently working with them on my own house right now and am really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with. I’ve had nightmare experiences with other countertop companies in the area - these companies can appear to be a little bit cheaper but the quality is not great and the actual installation has not been pretty. Not to mentioned they always seem to tack on additional fees. West Chicago Custom Countertops is patient and if I ever do have issues with the installation, they are always willing to make things right. I can’t recommend West Chicago Custom Countertops enough!”
