“Not sure what the deal is with all of the poor reviews. I've been going here prior to the renovation (~around 2020). Before and after have been good experiences. I've also been to multiple other NCH facilities, all with good experiences.”

“I took my husband to the ED it was packed as usual we got there about 9:30 pm with SOB & dizziness. Right away they did blood work , an EKG & chest xray. With his history they also did a chest CT . We didn't get placed in a room for another 2 hours & it was one of the behavioral health rooms because that's what was available. Dr. Shah came in to see him & after speaking to her for a few moments she stated she wanted a head CT due to the dizziness. She did say he would be admitted because it was a cardiac issue. Unfortunatly we didn't get a bed until almost 3am. But again that's at all hospitals beds are scarce. Once upstairs the nurse gave him something to eat and settled him in for the night. We were on the 3rd floor cardiac unit the nurses Jonas, Laurie & the PCT Maria were heaven sent. They were so good with him especially after his angiogram. They checked up on him to make sure there was no excessive bleeding & even made sure I was comfortable while staying with him. I work in healthcare so I understand the struggles of no beds and the wait. He spent 3 days on the Cardiac floor and was treated extremely well. Thank you I appreciate you and again the nurses & PCT mentioned above are the bomb.com”

“The physician who saw me today for a routine check up went above and beyond. Dr. Doss was unhappy to hear that a previous prescription I had was unaffordable for me, so she took extra time to find an alternative but equally effective prescription option. She also was very attentive in asking about my family history and took extra care after learning that I was adopted to make sure she had an understanding that I was aware of paying attention to any possible inherent conditions and gave me not negative responses, but positive encouragement to stay on top of my health. Social distancing was in full swing at the Deerfield office, and the desk attendants were very diligent in directing patients as such.”

The front desk staff was very kind and courteous, and I had a very short wait time and was seen close to my online appointment time slot (which I was able to set up same day). Bianca, who did my bloodwork, was exceptionally professional and clean. She was even kind with all the little anxieties I bring into situations like that. I had a great experience!”
