I found the store by chance during a Google search so decided to stop by and take a look with my Mom. We were super impressed with the quality of the furniture, the unique pieces, the cleanliness and organization of the store, and, most importantly, the friendly service received from Charlie!! “Eric H was great. He asked good questions to better understand what I was looking for. He made a couple of suggestions for me to choose from, he was great. When it came time to pay for the mattress I purchased the card processor was working. Eric tried to reset it a couple times but it just wouldn’t work. Eric finally was able to send a text for me to pay online and that worked perfectly. Eric is such a good person, perhaps Mattress Firm might want to spend a little more on infrastructure to provide the best tools to their employees so they can provide a top notch service.”

“One of the most enjoyable shopping experiences and some of the best customer service I have ever received for a major purchase. The showroom is super nice and generally quiet so you have the time and space to decide from the multiple styles and price points. The quality of all furniture is excellent, much better than expected, especially when you consider how reasonably priced it is. We purchased a complete bedroom set in August 2023 and there was an odd size issue with the mattress. After a phone call and some pictures, the staff was extremely apologetic and resolved it as quickly as possible by replacing the mattress. And the delivery and installation crew were a pleasure to deal with. Overall, this was a five star experience with Dania. We're definitely looking forward to shopping there again and buying more from Dania.”

“We purchased a sectional leather couch from Leather Creations in Deerfield 14 years ago. We decided to replace the cushions since the cushions had lost some of its firmness. We brought in one of my cushion casings to have Wade demonstrate how to replace the cushion. Wade couldn't believe that we have never treated our leather and how new it still looked. Wade is a wonderful asset to have on staff and extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We have referred several friends to Leather Creations and will continue to refer people to them going forward.”
