“Marissa was absolutely wonderful. My 6yo daughter has exceptionally high sensory feelings on the top of her feet. It's extremely hard to buy shoes for her. Even brands that offer Wide Width don't always miss that zone on the top of the foot by the toes and she just can't wear them. Vans collaborated with Kpop Demon Hunters and my kids wanted them sooo bad.
Was able to get their sizes and when I brought them home .... Like I feared, she wouldn't be able to wear them. I went back to the store to return them with daughter in hand to try on other shoes praying we could find something that she would be able to wear.
I explained my concern to Marissa and she absolutely understood and patiently went through box after box after box after box with not even a hint of frustration (a pure Saint). She found a high top that was even in the Kpop DH collection in a different size to give her that extra wiggle room (Thank you @Vans for being one of the few brands to offer 1/2 sizes) and that smile my daughter had when they fit and were comfortable is the reason us parents will go out of the way for. That smile was everything! Thank you, Marissa for having such patience and understanding with the dedication to help us get a pair of shoes today. It meant the world to me!”
“I got there at 6:45 pm and they stay past their closing time. They did not rush me at all we finished at 7:20 pm. I thought they closed at 8 pm. But they close at 7 pm. That is great customer service. Thank You staff.”

“Truly the best store owners! We stopped in the morning due to some tire issues and arrived before they opened, but the store owners helped us anyways. Love the air compressor built into the front of the store for filling up tires outside the store (see bottom right corner of picture). Ask about the history of the store and know that you’re supporting a local business that really cares about their customers. My heart warmed when they said “we don’t have customers, we only have friends”.”

“Woodfield docs is the best. Everyone who works here is always so nice and very stylish looking. Amanda was beyond helpful and patient. I haven't got docs before so I didn't know my size and she brought out so many sizes and pairs for me to try on. I ended up buying 2 thanks to her bringing out those brown Mary janes. She gave me advice for how to wear them and told me about how much she loves hers! The store is also very clean and organized, great experience and customer service.”

“I came to this Anthropologie with 8 days before my wedding (yes, it was a VERY fast turnaround wedding) with my mom and both of my sisters. I wasn't looking for a "wedding dress" per se, was looking for an awesome sequins dress. Myself, my mom and both of my sisters each found the perfect dress that evening. And we couldn't have done it without the amazing crew at this Anthropologie. Not only did they make this shopping experience so fun, but they were helping bringing us all the dresses they had, and overnighting a particular dress - only ONE left in the entire country. I used to shop at other stores, but I haven’t stepped foot in them for six months now. I buy all my clothes here - I love the selection, and the quality is excellent!”
