“The staff is amazing and I can find almost anything I need in one place. The prices are a bit higher than big box stores, but the convenience, deals/coupons, and customer service more than make up for it. It's also great to know that whenever I come in with my kids, they are greeted happily by our favorite staff members.”
“The store was really filled! Had everything I needed! Was clean! I was looking for something. I asked a gentleman that's been working there since the day they opened. And he wouldn't acknowledge me. The people he was talking to was talking with there kids jumping in and out of boxes and I just needed help finding ice cream cones. I just don't think that' not good customer service. The same night. When I checked out. I didn't want or needed a bag. The cashier told me I had to pay and can't refund me.”

“I went in on 2/26/24 a little before closing to get stuff to make smores. I walked in and was greeted by the owner and another employee. I told the owner what I needed and he kindly led me around the store to each item I needed and then quickly was able to get me through the register. You will not find this kind of service anywhere and I appreciate their hard work to keep our grocery store open in a small town. Keep up the amazing work!”
“A little messy towards the back but they have a good selection of quick snacks and they carry the energy drink Venom which some places don't so that's a bonus.”
“Not much for sale but chips and soda but the parking lot is a common place to score drugs. There’s always a row of cars parked and waiting and eventually someone will offer to sell you something!”
“On 2/4/23 at roughly 7pm, i stopped by for the first time in Pec having been to Durands numerous times. Whomever the woman was working that night, is phenomenal and should be accommodated as such. I rarely leave reviews but she was extremely courteous, helped both myself and other customers quickly and competently yet also extremely politely. Not something you see often in the customer service industry anymore. Thank you!”
“--PROS: 1) The employees are generally caring and helpful 2) Selection and variety are good 3) Automotive, electronics, pharmacy and other departments are very helpful if you get the right person 4) They have been trying hard to improve and the store has recently been bright, clean, and well stocked.
--CONS: the self-checkouts are awkward and the cashier lines are often long.
--SUMMARY:
The big draw is huge selection and competitive prices. This store is clean, bright, and usually well-stocked. This zip code has a large population and this store provides a valuable alternative to its served area. They have improved in recent years. They could make even more profit by staffing about two more cashiers.”
