“The store was really filled! Had everything I needed! Was clean! I was looking for something. I asked a gentleman that's been working there since the day they opened. And he wouldn't acknowledge me. The people he was talking to was talking with there kids jumping in and out of boxes and I just needed help finding ice cream cones. I just don't think that' not good customer service. The same night. When I checked out. I didn't want or needed a bag. The cashier told me I had to pay and can't refund me.”

“I love this store it's the closest liquor store near me. Normally it's really cheap too. My only complaint is that they do not sell Smirnoff vodka. It was my mom's drink and since she's been gone, that's pretty much all I drink. Don't get me wrong they sell it, but the tallest bottle they have of it is a pint. I figure if you are a liquor store why do you not have Smirnoff, it's not rare.”
“I love this store so much . People should appericiate this business I don’t think there is any other grocery store on rockton . Prices are reasonable . Best for one stop shop . Their cashiers are very helpful specially Christina and Gg . I am old these two ladies always help me carrying out my beer and groceries love these people and owners . They all are wonderful”

I told the owner what I needed and he kindly led me around the store to each item I needed and then quickly was able to get me through the register. “Everything is organized nicely the Flores were a little bit dirty not to much and the drinks were cold and nice people that pay for other people.but the bad thing is where you have to leave your bag at the door but what if someone could steal your bag with valuables which does not make sense because they already have detectors.”

“--PROS: 1) The employees are generally caring and helpful 2) Selection and variety are good 3) Automotive, electronics, pharmacy and other departments are very helpful if you get the right person 4) They have been trying hard to improve and the store has recently been bright, clean, and well stocked.
--CONS: the self-checkouts are awkward and the cashier lines are often long.

This zip code has a large population and this store provides a valuable alternative to its served area. They have improved in recent years. “I came here specifically for donuts after reading the wonderful reviews and they did not disappoint! Living in Rockford I have access to plenty of grocery store and gas station donuts but none of them can compete with these. They're big, like the size of everyone else's donuts before shrinkflation. And the cinnamon rolls are absolutely massive for the same price. I'm actually still in disbelief. Just look at this thing, it took a substantial amount of space in the box! Very impressive pastries and the staff were so friendly. Will be coming back next time I'm craving fried sweet treats, they're worth a 20 minute drive. Please don't ever switch to frozen/thawed like so many other places.”
