“Home Depot is okay everything I need it easy to find when will taken care of at the checkout counter.They have sanitizer you can use when you come in, they are very helpful, and they stand far away, and you feel safe. This Home Depot is the closest to my home, which makes it the most convenient. There are also a Menards and Lowes about the same distance away. As with all of the large 'big box' stores the sock is about the same and at similar price points. The choice of which store brand to go to depends on several considerations. They are: what exactly I am looking for - the stores carry different brand names or different variations of stock - more sizes or colors, etc., and finally which store has the best customer service. The single largest issue at all of these stores is aisle space, cluttering, blocking, mobile access stairs and free-standing selling displays. For example, today I had to turn around and go down a different aisle twice, in the middle of the day, no huge crowds just displays and stocking blockages. The stores are convenient and the prices generally mirror the quality of the products.”

“Great service and selection of many landscaping products and supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist with accurate supply needs and realistic prices for the outdoor space. Since purchasing a pickup truck I will never shop elsewhere and deal with "bagged" mulch, dirt or rocks. I can only imagine how much more it would have cost me for the equivalent of 3 yards of mulch. Thanks for another great experience helping me finish the spring to-do list. Next...colored stone for the deck walkout.”

“Aside from the fact that they have pretty much everything you need if you're making a small run to the hardware store and they've got some really premium lumber, but beside that they have one of the best cashiers I have ever encountered. He has joke after joke and is always smiles. He will literally brighten your day. He is one of the biggest reasons why I choose to come in to this ace versus going to any other hardware store. He really deserves a raise or some type of promotion or bonus.”

“I highly recommend Carousel Flowers ! I called their shop this morning and explained that I was looking to send a fresh flower arrangement today, one that was big, bright, beautiful and had a "put a smile on their face" appeal for a good friend of mine who needed some cheering-up. After sharing the details, a short time later I received a confirming e-mail with the order, how the card would read, etc., (very professional). They got the order out today. This evening I got a text from my friend on how beautiful and uplifting the arrangement was (I even got a photo with the text - showing the wonderful arrangement on their dining room table, it was AWESOME ! ). When I say it was "all I had hoped it would be" I'm serious 100%. Again, I highly recommend Carousel Flowers and a BIG "thank you" to their staff for an excellent transaction !”

“Wheaton Mulch is unbeatable: superior quality mulch, fair prices, helpful website, friendly office staff, on-time drivers, excellent customer service. Simply excellent! Here's our story to prove it. Our back yard is one big perennial garden, so our standard order is 10 cubic yards of mulch. This year the delivery got messed up. What we ordered was 10 cubic yards of triple ground mulch mixed with compost. The Wheaton Mulch truck backed down the driveway at 7 a.m. and began dumping mulch - half brown, half black. We questioned the driver since the mulch and compost was supposed to come "mixed." The driver called in the question. Within minutes the Wheaton Mulch owner (Scott) called to say there had been a mistake. What we got was 10 cubic yards of double-ground mulch plus 10 cubic yards of triple ground mixed with compost. Scott asked what we wanted to do. The solution Scott suggested, which was more than fair to us as the customer, ensured our lifelong loyalty to Wheaton Mulch. By the way, I live in Wheaton--not San Francisco.”

There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”

I usually always need help when I come here and the employees always go above and beyond to ask if I need help before I can get to them first. They are very knowledgeable and assist me with whatever I need. We rented a Penske truck today and we were extremely happy with our experience. I will definitely be renting from Home Depot moving forward. We were very pleased with the customer service and walk through they did before releasing the truck. It was much better than competitor brands that we have used in the past.”

“In the Home Depot of Shorewood at the Pro Desk works a lady by the name of Geina. Geina amplifies the word employee. She goes out of her way to help HD contractors and guests. Geina is caring, kind and extremely organized. She is always pleasant. Never makes you feel like you are ever bothering her even though she may have 2 phones hanging for her head and a text message on her cell phone from a contractor. “We are planning to clean and plant our backyard garden. It have a lot of dress and some tall grass that need to trim. We have no tools or equipment to used , so me and my dad went to this store. They have lot of tools and equipment for gardening so I think we bought all of we need. I grab one cart before we went to the area of gardening tools. There are lot of people in some section so its hard to push the cart. When I looked at my dad I can see that he knows what he purchased. It seems that we need those. After we bought tools we wen to the pot area. There are lot of pot to choose. Some of them are colorful and some are simple. Since my dad knows that mom like the plain color he grabbed the white pot. After he put it in the cart we went to the counter. I can say that this store was good.”
