After visiting multiple stores trying to find a plant that matched the aesthetic I needed for my office, I kept running into limitations and was honestly feeling discouraged. When I arrived at this location, I was greeted by Aidan, who immediately stood out for his kindness and willingness to help. He took the time to really listen to what I was trying to accomplish and genuinely cared about finding a solution.

Shortly after, the manager, Shi, stepped in — and together, they went above and beyond to make something work for me. What impressed me the most was not just that they helped, but how they helped: with positivity, creativity, and a true customer-first attitude that I hadn’t experienced at other locations.

Aidan personally assisted me every step of the way, and both him and Shi made me feel like my request truly mattered. Even when I had to come back with a small issue afterward, Shi handled it with the same level of professionalism and kindness, immediately resolving it without hesitation.

It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about customer experience the way they do. Their attitude, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me.

But coming to ProSource and working with one of their sales associates Yvonne, we couldn’t be happier! She helped direct our vision to a new level, she helped consult to keep us in budget but elevate this project from something we were dreading to something we can’t wait to see executed!”

“Online order for pickup at the Bolingbrook location went completely sideways with Lowes holding funds totalling about $3000 (order total was actually $800). Also it ended for pickup at Naperville AND Orland Park, through no fault of my own. The Naperville store manager was utterly useless in assisting with these issues, but Tiffany at Bolingbrook took the time to understand what happened (basically each freaking store placed a hold on my account for the order, causing some massive banking issues). She did her best to resolve the issue and even took the time to apologize to my kid who ended up wasting his morning being driven around to multiple Lowes for a few hours. Sucks the order went so sideways, but I appreciate Tiffany's assistance”

“Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”

“Although I don't mind the natural smells hitting your senses as you walk in, the prices could be governed better. I paid twice I did last year for a lawn mower tune up kit. Another issue I have is the lack of floor personnel. I normally don't ask for help as I like to do the work myself and look around to find whatever it is I'm looking for, but if i can't find it, there's also nobody around to point you in the proper direction. Hence why I'm subtracting one star.”

“Came in at 8:45pm tonight, July 24, 2026. Came in to look for paint for stairs as well as some other paint items. The individual that was working the paint area, her name was Remi. Extremely knowledgeable and stuck with us through the entire process which helped our decisions become a lot easier. It was nice to come in and be treated respectfully. Remni, was great, the vibe we got was she is an amazing person. Thank you Remni and thank you Home Depot.”
