“John, Julian, and Jake (three guys working in two separate stores) worked their butts off to get me into the right pair of shoes. It took a couple of tries, but John gave my foot pain more attention than any other salesperson ever has. He helped brainstorm creative solutions, switching out insert-shoe combinations and letting me try each new set-up for a couple of days. I eventually landed on a pair "no drop" Altra's that have given my toes the space they needed. The foot pain is going down and I feel a lot of relief. I can't recommend them enough.”
“Went in today to get a new pair of running shoes. Jillian helped me get fitted and gave me a ton of options to choose from. She was so knowledgeable and her customer service was incredible! My friend was so impressed that she also got fitted for a new pair of running shoes despite having just bought a new pair. We both left so very happy - huge thanks to Jillian!”

“Great dance apparel boutique and customer service. MaryBeth was amazing! I was concerned because I knew my daughters feet grew out of “kids sizes” and Saxton has a variety of style and sizes to choose from.In addition, MaryBeth measured my daughter feet and we were able to get on different sizes to get what was most comfortable to her! Also the prices were by far the best I’ve seen and comparable to Amazon. The only difference is with Amazon you cannot get fitted, receive values advice, and try on difference sizes…... Saxton you can!! I highly recommend this location and will be back soon!”

“Five stars. Went here to pick up a Christmas gift. The store has a good selection of women's clothing, accessories like jewelry and purses, baby gifts, and decor. When checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer a free gift wrapping (at least, during the holidays). The present came wrapped up in a nice box, complete with tissue paper, a fabric red ribbon, and a decorative ornament on top. Great local business!”
“I have always had excellent service for over 15 years. I have a wide foot and issues with my feet. The orthotics they sell are better than Scheck and Siress. The orthotics don't fall apart like Scheck and Siress. $700.00 vrs $50... I'll stick with New New Balance from now on. Manager Matt runs a great operation. Now, all they need is some colors in the wide shoes”

“I went in to try on some shoes that I had seen online. Andrew made sure that I was going to get the right size and had me try on a few different pairs to verify. I ended up seeing a different pair that I liked better and he helped with those as well. Top notch service. The shoes are extremely comfortable. I very much enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be back for clothes, other shoes, or any of the accessories they offer.”

“We walked by the store on a sunny Saturday afternoon and saw these beautiful sparkly pink shoes. My twin granddaughters asked if we could go inside. They do not like to shop but were drawn by the shoes and the wonderful women who measured their feet. Our experience was beyond fabulous. Going forward I will be back with my 5 year old girls!!”
“This Vans store location has a wide variety of Vans shoes as well as clothing and accessories. Prices are high that's why I rated it 4 stars. For example, a canvas jacket with an attached hood cost $85.”
“Already posted 1 review. Absolutely amazing place. I do buy sketches for my son for every season for 5 years. Unfortunately we got defective boots so they vere coming apart. We won't to the same store and exchange them without any problem. I decided to choose other model s-light so I just payed extra 16 dollars. “I don't think I have to say this, but this place is expensive! There are $200 running shoes where you can go several miles up the street, and the running store has them for only $140! This is also a bougie place (my word of the week, haha). It's a large department store and extremely well lit/bright. For such a large store, there's not many employees. The bathrooms can be hard to find. I recommend it here vs. the food courts6 (yuck). The women's bathroom is on the lower levels, and the men's is on the top floor. The staff I interacted with have been friendly, but I see them get frustrated with some of the clientele. Too bad none of the men's clothes don't fit me. Everything here runs large and boxy. Maybe that's a good thing because it saves me a lot of money, haha.”
“My wife took in some LV slides that had a really long strap. I brought them in and they cut them from the side (i don't know his secrets on how he did it), but I do know that it looks like the shoe was never touched. They look great! I've also brought other shoes to him to do slight repairs to and be has been great to work with.”

“They have a great selection of hard to find shoes but are really expensive. I purchased 2 pairs. Stay away from the shoes from Mexico. They peeled the first day. The Renbut shoes wore well. Be prepared for a nice lengthy conversation about feet and shoes. I would go back.”

My family and I shop occasionally here and Mary is someone who is bringing us back to shop more. “I was looking for a last season necklace that my mother-in-law wanted a few weeks back and Sandy was so kind to look for it at multiple locations. Unfortunately, she was unable to find it then and I thought I was out of luck. I was so surprised and appreciative when she found one and went out of her way weeks later to let me know she had located it for me!
