Along with different pricing and brands available, you can not go wrong. I would recommend double checking your sizing before making a purchase, depending on the scrub type, it does shrink.”

“We love this dance supply shop. We have made last minute stops for tights, dance shoes, and earrings and every time Marybeth is very knowledgeable, calm, and helpful. Case in point: It was the night before recital, and of course we could not find my girl's ballet slippers. It was 30 minutes before store closing and I knew we would not make it to Saxton on time. “Yesterday I was fortunate enough to go into your VonMaur Store in Bloomington/Normal Illinois. It should be noted that my friend and I received incredible customer service from Karen in women’s clothing, Ann in Jewelry and from a gentleman who helped us in Men’s Clothing. All three Sales Reps were juggling other people while we were shopping (and asking questions as well) and they showed extreme adaptability, knowledge of inventory, patience, and kindness. We were seriously going to walk out with nothing when Karen asked us to try a couple of different dresses and in different sizes and to make a long story short, we both bought the last dress that each of us tried on because of her incredible salesmanship and knowledge of the product, material and fit! A great experience to shop in your stores and she even surpassed the attention test that I always attributed to only boutiques.”
“I came to the Allen Edmonds store at Oak Brook with a pair of Allen Edmonds Park Avenue shoes that I’d snagged during the Anniversary Sale. Given that I’d ordered the shoes online and that this was my first pair of nice dress shoes, I wasn’t 100% sure they fit properly, and I was looking to get some advice from one of the sales associates on the fit. Michael dispelled my fears by having me try on the shoes in-store and inspecting the fit by hand, explaining each facet of the fit and why my current size fit well. For extra reassurance, he also brought out a pair in the other size that I was considering to try on, to which he explained why the size I didn’t go with didn’t quite fit properly. Lastly, he explained the recrafting process when the time comes and the different sole options that would be available. Overall, Michael made the visit quick and easy, and reassured me that I’d made the correct choice. Knowing better for next time, I’ll be sure to visit the Allen Edmonds store in Oak Brook for my next pair!”

“I went in extremely frustrated and hangry. I had been searching for good men's non-slip work shoes for over 2 hours. The entire staff helped calmed my nerves and helped me extensively find the product I needed. Thank you greatly to the entire staff that worked Friday morning! You were amazing and my apologies for being a crabby patty.
On another note, I had gone to multiple sketchers stores and it's as if they think men are incapable of tying shoes before work. They had a very limited selection of non-slip work shoes with actual shoe laces for men. The women's selection was much larger. I'm not a fan of slip ons, especially for work and it's extremely discouraging that this was the case. Also, cheaper tie options were found online, but I needed shoes the same day and shipping takes 7-10 days... What year is this?!!
The staff earned the 5 star review. The available product line at the store would've gotten a 1 star review, but the people saved it.
If you're looking for non-slip work shoes, sketchers are the only shoes I recommend. However, if you're in the market for men's shoes for work, I'd avoid shopping at any of their stores due to poor, overpriced selection. Shop online, they have cheaper options and a much more diverse selection. If you just want to be around a friendly staff, stop at sketchers willowbrook.

“Nicole was so awesome and helpful! I’m unfortunately extremely petite and have a very difficult time finding clothes that fit me, but Loft actually carries a lot of clothes in petite sizing. Bought several tops and a few pairs of pants because I need salon appropriate attire. Nicole was super sweet and found me so many options. I only wish the measurements on the pants were a little more accurate because I get my clothes custom made a lot, so I know my measurements but sadly Loft’s measurements are a little off. They sadly didn’t carry a 23 inch waist (I’m a 24) so if you know your waist measurements maybe go down one inch. I felt like the tops were pretty true to size though and very flattering on me.”

“If you want QUALITY shoes for your toddler or young child, THIS is the place to go! We drove over an hour to come here and it was well worth it. What a gem of a store! There are shoes from all over Europe in every color and size. Honestly, the selection is so good that is a little overwhelming. We were helped by Miss King herself and she was so knowledgeable! She sized up our kiddo quickly and explained all the attributes of the different shoe brands. Everything in her store is there because she hand-picked it. She only carries the best brands and those recommended by various international groups that specialize in early walking and children’s feet. This makes me miss the good old days — a small family business with passionate professionals who know what they are talking about! You are going to walk out buying foreign shoes, which don’t come cheap, but we could not be happier with our purchase! So lucky this place is around!”
